It is a refreshing sake that you would expect to be sweet, but it is not. It does not have much umami (flavor), and is rather dry. It is a normal sake that is easy to drink because it has no peculiarities. I wish they would make a regular sake club.

Local sake from Tochigi! The aroma is gentle. It is like caramel? For some reason, it also has a salty taste. It is spicy afterwards. Anyway, it is so thick that it remains in the mouth for a while after swallowing. It says "the flavor of rice is gentle..." but is it gentle? Personally, I felt it was a gut punch. It was delicious.

The one I got at the Hankyu Umeda brewery festival. It was put there for New Year's 😄. It is a sake with great rice swelling! The mouthfeel is like a junmai sake with No.7 yeast, but from there the swelling is intense😄. The label "rich and umakuchi" is true 😊.

I received this wine from a friend in Shimono City, Tochigi Prefecture, where the sake brewery is located. It starts off fruity, with a strong sense of rice flavor. As it is swallowed, the spiciness of the alcohol spreads quickly on the tongue, giving it a sense of heaviness, perhaps because it is 17% alcohol. The aftertaste is herbal. The aftertaste is similar to the aftertaste of Hanaboe Yamahai, which I drank in the past. It goes well with strong flavored food. It's not the type of flavor I can drink a lot of, but it's delicious ✨. 3.7 points

Tochigi Ai🥰 in the first of December You can buy Sawahime in the neighborhood, but this one was limited to 120 bottles at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival, so I tasted it and bought it! It's very effervescent. It's dry, complex, and has many different flavors. It is sweet but unique. Rich and powerful sake. I think there's a very slight glimpse of a perverted sake 🫶.

The 23rd Hankyu Brewery Festival (3) Sawahime-san, who has become a familiar face at the Sake Brewer's Festival The president of Sawahime-san was there! We drank Daiginjo Shin Jizake Manifesto Brilliant and fruity. I've had it before, but it's still delicious! Special Junmai Shiboritate Nama-nihonshu This is a sake I missed out on last year at Icoma. Personally, I think it's a little subtle because it's refreshing and has little sweetness. I heard that Icosa will have it in stock again this year, so I'm considering drinking it again to make sure 🤔. Sawahime Junmai Daiginjo I felt it was sweeter than the Daiginjo. I've had Jun Dai and Daiginjo in the past, but I thought it was consistently delicious! Here we purchased a Junmai Ginjo Premium Slightly Sparkling Oragami Nama Sake, which is a test brew and limited to 120 bottles! I wanted to buy some other sake, so I left the brewery festival this time 😅.
