Courier sake 📦 from my visit to Harushika's brewery. The mirrored look of the label is cool️🩵. I want it on my nails🫧. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 18%. It has a clear and fresh aroma. When you drink it, the sweetness and melon-like aroma spreads on the palate with a fresh feel on the tongue. The sharpness of the super dry taste makes it a little numbing, and it does not become sticky at the end of drinking. The lingering aroma lingers in the mouth. You can enjoy it just by drinking it without rice. It's good cold, but at room temperature, it has more gusto and a strong taste. ✊🏻

It's been a long time since I've had a drunken whale. The whale flying on the label is beautiful 🐋. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15 Rice:100% Yamadanishiki When put in a glass, it looks colorless and transparent, with a slightly sweet aroma. It has a strong and sharp taste, which fades away as soon as you put it in your mouth. The sharpness is really good 👐. There is no lingering aftertaste, but the fruity aroma remains in the mouth. It's refreshing though and doesn't bother me. I liked it 🙈. A little after opening the mouth, the acidity also comes out and it's twice as enjoyable. Looks like it should be served cold in a glass 😶. I drank it with bonito tataki and it was delicious with a crisp cut along with the aroma of burnt bonito 🐟.

Onsen trip, one at a ryokan: ♨️ The faceted boar cups are nice and captured together. The little cherries on the label? The symbol that looks like a small cherry is casual and cute 🍒. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15-16 degrees Celsius Clear and colorless, without much aroma from the graph. A little banana-like aroma at first if not paired with food. It is neither light nor heavy, and it gradually disappears from the mouth with an image that is neither clear nor sharp. It was easy to drink and matched any meal at the ryokan without interfering. 🙆🏻‍♀️ I drank it cold, but I'd like to try it warmed as well 🍶.

Sake 2🦌 purchased on a trip to Nara Continuation of purchases at the souvenir shop in front of Toshodaiji Temple A quick shot with the Gassho Serval Cat that I got from a gacha. The picture of Toshodaiji and Yakushiji Temple on the label is a good souvenir 🎁. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. The aroma is not so strong and has a slight yellowish taste. A few days after opening the mouth, you can taste a round, rich sweetness and a soft, floral aroma. When drinking, the sourness comes and then slowly fades away. I enjoyed it more at room temperature than cold. It is not so habitual, so it can be paired with various meals without disturbing the taste. It was great with chocolate 🍫.

Izu Trip Purchase Sake 🍶 Not "Izu-Umi", Izu no umi", not "Izu no umi". Rice polishing ratio: 58 Alcohol content: 15 Seller: Wholesale Sake Brewers of Atami (Ito City) I used it to make a slaughterhouse 🐉. It was my first time to make a tokoso, and the sweet taste and Chinese herbal-like aroma made it unique but surprisingly tasty 🫶. The sake itself is The sake itself is clear and colorless, without much aroma when poured. It was sweet on the palate, and although the aroma was not strong, the alcohol was noticeable in the nose. I think it would have been better to drink it warmed. I wasn't sure about the deep sea water blend🥹.

The annual wintertime Spring Deer: ⛄️ The label and bottle colors are wintery and pretty 🙈💕 Drinking to go with Osechi! Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 19%. When poured into a glass, it has a slightly yellowish color, The aroma is a little floral. When you drink it, the freshness of the sake comes through with a gusto because it is raw plus 19% alcohol, The end result is a soft, gentle sweetness. At the end, there is no lingering aftertaste, but a sticky sweetness. It's like a girl hiding a little sweetness in the strength. 👧🏻 It's a raw sake, so I drank it cold and with a glass of Harushika 🦌. I look forward to 2024 🐉.

Purchased on a trip to Izu because I was curious about the shape of the bottle, which I don't see very often. ♨️ The 300 ml bottle is an easy size to buy and take home. Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15 Slightly colored, with a sour taste and aroma of rice spreading on the palate. It has no sweetness and is tangy and spicy. It is not sweet, but rather tangy and dry, I prefer to drink it warmed 🫣. It was a great match with soba noodles 😸.

I bought this sake back in May and had it sitting in the fridge until I finally opened it✨ Sawaya Matsumoto is not sold in many liquor stores, so I'm happy to be able to buy it 👏. Rice polishing ratio: not stated Alcohol content: 15%. Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Production Date: 21.1 When I first opened it, the lid flew off like champagne 🍾. When you put it in a glass, the bubbles stick to the glass and it is slightly carbonated. When you drink it, it has a banana-like aroma and sweetness. It has a sweetness to it with a slight sweetness, The end result is a nice sharp taste. It is good to drink it chilled in a glass. 🙆🏻‍♀️ It was good when I drank it with Bakudan.

Sake purchased on a trip to Nara 🦌. Purchased at the souvenir shop right in front of Toshodaiji Temple. There is a pop-up saying you can only buy it here 👀. A quick shot with the Zazen platypus I got from a gacha 💕. Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 16%. When you put it in a glass, it has a slight yellow tint and a fresh aroma. When you drink it, the aroma is not so strong and refreshing, and there is no cloying feeling. 🙅‍♀️ There is a slight tanginess in the throat at the end of drinking. It's a quiet and solemn sake because it's a sake from Yamato. At room temperature, the sweetness of the rice lingers as an aftertaste. I think it tastes best cold, as the aroma stands out the most. It is easy to drink because it has no habits.

I found a limited edition of Harushika at a liquor store and bought it! The super dry part of the label is a cool pink mirror 🩷. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 18%. When you pour it into a glass, the first thing you notice is the clarity? It has a lustrous aroma. When you put it in your mouth and taste it slowly, the melon-like melon flavor aroma and the mild sweetness of the rice spreads. As soon as you put it in your mouth and swallow it, it immediately becomes crisp as if it were a super dry Harushika. It does not just become zero, but the lingering sweetness of the rice remains. I felt it was a sake whose aroma could be enjoyed in the aftertaste 🍃. It would go well with a cold, thin glass for a refreshing taste 😶. It went best with oden 😸.

Subtitle: "OK Manager's Choice of Delicious Sake from Sake Breweries Super-purchased sake from Nara It seems that Harushika sake brewery collaborated with Bottle World OK, When I went to the supermarket, I was won over by the claim that there were only 580 bottles left 🥹. The picture of a real deer on the label is very Nara-like and I like it 🦌. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 17%. Sold by: Bottle World OK Producer: Imanishi Seibei Shoten Co. Cold at first, a little yellow in the glass, It has a ginjo-shu-like aroma before you drink it. As you drink it, you are enveloped by soft sweetness and aroma At the end, it has some sharpness and the sweet aroma extends slowly. I tried drinking it at room temperature and hot. I like it best when it's hot 🩷. Drinking it while riding the Aoniyoshi was the best 🫠.

I bought the jackets at a liquor store! The label with the moon on the sea is beautiful and my favorite💕 I heard it reads "Umizuki" ✍️ Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 17 Rice used: 100% Miyamanishiki Gorgeous and sweet aroma wafts from the glass before drinking. The mouthfeel is not so sweet. The umami envelopes you softly. It has a sharp and slightly tangy taste on the palate rather than a lingering aftertaste 🤔. When served chilled with a dark colored sake cup, it makes you feel like you are on the Sea of Japan at night 🌛. If you drink it with bonito, you'll feel like you're at the Sea of Japan at night 🌛. 🙆🏻‍♀️ I could enjoy just the sake without any snacks. The fact that it is a daiginjo but has a proper flavor, I thought it was typical of Yamagata sake 🫠.

Purchased sake when I went to Saitama 🕊. This is my first time to buy sake in Hanno! Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15%. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma and flavor of the rice is smooth and smooth. The aftertaste slowly fades away. It is not particularly interesting but seems to be a good value. It tastes better at room temperature than cold, with a mellow and gorgeous aroma. I think it goes well with the strong atmosphere if you drink it with a pottery sake cup.

I thought it was "Ryuriki" for "dragon power", I learned to read it as "tatsu-riki": ✍🏻 I want to know how the rice used to make it is different from the rice made in the special A district 😶. The label red and black line gold is cool and samurai-like! Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15 Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki (produced in special A district in Hyogo Prefecture) The aroma is gentle and not strong. The palate is soft with a rich sweetness and umami of the rice. The aftertaste is clean and crisp. Unlike the label, it has a light atmosphere and is easy to drink with little peculiarity. It would be good with savory food such as tatami sardines. 🙆‍♀️ It might be better to drink it with ceramic sake cups.

Yamagata Souvenir Sake for myself 🍐. I bought it at a liquor store I went into looking for Bakuren. I love the name "Kudoi Ute" and the picture on the label💜. Polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 16% to 17%. Made with 100% domestic rice 🌾. It is also Kamenoi Shuzo's favorite 😻. From the moment it is poured into the glass, the sweet aroma rises in the air. When you drink it, you will be filled with a gorgeous fruity aroma, The gentle sweetness and elegant flavor of the rice spreads in the mouth. However, it finishes with a sharp and sharp taste. The aroma and sweetness lured me in. But it's not that sweet, it's like being slapped on the hand. Seems to go well with all kinds of food! I want a bottle!

㊗️October 1, Sake Day㊗️ Sorry it's Sake Day but it's super one-cup sake 🫠. It's a one-cup, but it looks cool and austere. Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15%. All rice and koji are made from 100% rice grown in Niigata Prefecture🌾. It has no color, is clear, and has little aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth, mildly sweet taste and the aroma of rice. It is not fruity, but more like a gumshiro. But as it claims to be dry, it has a sharpness in the second half. It's easy for anyone to get it, including the price 🤚. Maybe it would have been better if it was heated up.

Rokkasen Sake Brewery, Yamagata, Japan I tasted & bought this sake at the brewery when I heard it was made from rice grown in Yamagata! Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. Made with 100% Yamagata produced rice I imagined it would be more peculiar and preachy because of the label and name, but it was not at all. But it was not like that at all, and I could drink it as a food sake that goes well with any food 🍶. The aroma is not strong but gorgeous, The aroma is not strong but gorgeous, and when you put it in your mouth, it is a little tangy and has a clear and refreshing taste 🫧. It is not sticky after drinking, but has a sweetness to it. It has a lingering sweetness that lingers on the palate. It can be served both at room temperature and cold. It went well with a lacquer ware sake cup 👐. I think I've had the Dewa Butterfly one before, but I can't remember, so I'd like to compare 🥺.

It's been a long time since I've seen a Hanaberry! I can't find it at all, so when I find it, I buy it immediately🌸 The color of the bottle and the label are cool and austere! It seems this sake is brewed in Yoshino cedar wood vats and stored in wooden barrels (label info ५✍🏻) Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol content: 17 Both rice and rice koji are made from rice grown in Nara Prefecture🌾. First of all, the aroma is amazing from the moment it is poured into the glass! The aroma of wood, as if it were stored in a wooden barrel, makes you feel like you are in a forest 🌳. The sourness fills your mouth and surprises you 🫢. But it's not unpleasant, it's elegant and mature. After a few days have passed since it was opened, and aroma like old Awamori/Shochu liquor, the acidity softened. The aroma lingers in my nostrils long after drinking. Like a brandy glass You can enjoy the aroma more if you drink it in a rounded glass with a narrow mouth you can enjoy the aroma even more.

Sake purchased during a visit to the Rokkasen Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture I bought it because of the fresh and summery paper bag it was wrapped in. It is said to be aged in storage for 6 months and made from 100% Yamagata rice (quoted by the brewery). Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. Rice: 100% Yamagata Prefecture's Izuwasanbai A little sourness at first? Or rather, you can feel a tangy taste on your tongue. It is perfect to drink in summer, Aroma like cucumber or watermelon and It has a refreshing sweetness and clarity 🍉. It tastes like water when it's cold, I prefer to drink it when it's a little warmer to get the full flavor and aroma. 🙆🏻‍♀️
