A well-balanced sake. のりたまIt was quite cold, so I served it warm. The taste is a bit acidic as the umami spreads in the mouth. The taste is very penetrating. のりたまIt has a good flavor and moderate acidity. It has a slightly effervescent taste and is very easy to drink. 巌sole oriens 朝日米純米原酒生酒無濾過 boukenManufactured in 2018 and shipped in 2020. It's a little ripe, but deliciously juicy. I think it's a bit similar to Okura's Naokumi, which uses the same Asahi rice. boukenI heard it's closed because the son who was the toji quit and moved to another brewery. boukenIf you drink it chilled, it's less ripe. boukenOkura's Asahi was sweet and gassy, but this one is spicy.
