Purchased at a certain 24-hour supermarket Concentrated dry 😳 from soft mouthfeel to You can't really taste the acidity. The aftertaste seems to linger, so even a fairly strong entrée won't beat it 👌）. It is the perfect sake for a mealtime drink 😄😄.

Purchased at Hankyu Brewery Festival Junmai-harazake made with Sankenishiki, developed in 2017 at the Nagano Prefectural Agricultural Experiment Station 😄. Delicious sake with a slight sweetness and sourness 🍶. It is said that it is best suited as a food sake, but it is also a sake that can be drunk slowly by itself with full rice flavor 😊.

Junmai Ginjyo Omachi Unfiltered Nama-zake I like all the words 🤣. This sake was purchased at the Takashimaya sake festival. I tasted a lot of sake and when I was about to go to the cash register, I drank this sake in a state of drunkenness 🍶. I was guided by the buyer and bought it before I knew what I was doing 🤣. This is delicious. It starts off sweet, then the rice swells up and has a full-bodied taste 😄. It's a perfect food sake that goes well with spicy food like cod roe 😊. Thanks to the buyer😅

For some reason it was on special sale at a local supermarket😅. Junmai Ginjo, 60% polished rice ratio, under 1000 yen without tax... too good deal... I'll take it at room temperature 🍶. It's too good to be true! It's very rich! Rice swelling is very nice 🙆 The lingering aftertaste that gently fades away 😄 Even with strong dishes, it doesn't lose at all. Eggplant dengaku looks good 🍆.

Purchased at the "Sake Festival" sake event at Osaka Takashimaya. White grape flavor with a lot of carbonation! A lingering aftertaste that lingers on and on😄. This is the type of sake to drink slowly on a long autumn night 🍶.

The best sake 🍶 (in my opinion) at the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival A challenge of 4 different yeasts 🍶! Sweetness from a very slight sourness, then the rice swells from there... 2 stages! And a little bitterness... This is a sake that you taste as you break down the flavors! Delicious 😆.

Hankyu Brewery Festival a little earlier than usual Terroir (understood to mean "in-house production from the rice paddies"), which is all the rage these days. Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 55% 😆. The yeast is Utsukushima Yume Yeast (F701, a mutation of No. 7 yeast). I wondered if it was a common type of yeast (commonly sold) because it is a No. 7 yeast... but then I tasted it! The rice swells from an acidity that gives a sense of white grapes accompanied by soft microbubbles! The strong taste continues, and it's an alcohol made from rice! It's made from rice! It's labeled as a light-medium flavor, but my sense is that it's a rich umami flavor😊. Delicious 🍶.

Takashimaya limited edition sake! It's a gift 😄. The sharp acidity from the very slight acidity lasts for a long time. It has a nice sharpness that disappears quickly 😆. No sweetness, but the alcohol feeling that comes after is pleasant 😆. A dry junmai daiginjo that is not sweet 🍶. This is a good food sake🙆.

Purchased at Keihan Department Store Apparently it's an easy drink for women... even though it's 17 degrees 💦. Is it a drink that makes you drunk? 😅I was thinking Aroma with a hint of sweetness Light on the palate (I see what you mean so far...this is for women? ...and then the strong alcohol feeling and the swelling of the rice... 😅 The gap between the beginning and the middle is amazing😅 At the beginning it's very quiet...from the middle...I won't say any more: 🙇‍♂️ As a sake, it's perfect as a food sake 🍶.

One of the 🍶 purchased at the Kintetsu Abeno Harukas Sake Expo According to the brewer... A few drops of lime makes it taste so much better! Apparently lemon or other citrus fruits don't work... I put quite a lot of lime in my Samurai Rock, but a few drops 😄Reasonable 😅 Anyway, I drank it as it was... It's so refreshing and crisp! It's like Honjozo. This is just as good as it sounds 🙆🙆. A few drops of lime... Oh, wonders! You can feel the richness 🫢. and the freshness of the lime afterwards 👌 A few drops of lime in a boar cup and pour 🍶.

The first young wave 🌊 A nice sound when opening the bottle🙆. The sound of gas, the sound you can feel and expect 😆. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fine gas 🙆. It tastes a bit like white grapes and has a little bit of alcohol. The aftertaste is a bit lingering 😄. Good sake for early summer when it's getting hot 🍶.

At the Kochi Products Market at Keihan Department Store! Cell24 is popular... but Kochi is known for its dry taste, so I bought it with that in mind! All Kochi Prefecture ingredients👍 Of course, I had the bonito tataki (bonito tataki is a type of bonito) with my entrée. It's spicy! Spicy. Very spicy. Aftertaste is spicy too. That's why it doesn't lose out to the condiments😄. It's just what you'd expect from a Kochi sake 🍶.

From a slight gassy feeling ~ Hmmm! Dark! More mellow than dry 😄. The aftertaste is of the type that spreads gradually. Take a sip and feel the flavor for a while... it's the type of sake you drink slowly 🍶.
