Sake that I was impressed by drinking at Hirome Market in Kochi. Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in GRANSTA. I couldn't help but want to drink it at home when I got home tongue-tied. Melon, pineapple. No bad taste at all. Infinite. I thought it would be good, but from the 3rd gou, I got a little bored with the lack of umami and sweetness. However, it was the strongest sake until 2 gou.

Mellow sweet taste This is the third time I drink it. It has a yellowish, mild taste. It has a gentler entry than Hououmida, and it disappears without any unpleasantness, leaving only umami. It is so good! I love it. When I ordered, a new waitress? The waitress couldn't read the kanji for "hanamu" and kept looking for it in the fridge. She said, "Oh, you read Hanamura with this 💦." Don't worry. I've recently learned to read it too.

I received this wine from a friend in Shimono City, Tochigi Prefecture, where the sake brewery is located. It starts off fruity, with a strong sense of rice flavor. As it is swallowed, the spiciness of the alcohol spreads quickly on the tongue, giving it a sense of heaviness, perhaps because it is 17%. The aftertaste is herbal. The aftertaste is similar to the aftertaste of Hanaboe Yamahai, which I drank in the past. It goes well with strong flavored food. It's not the type of flavor I can drink a lot of, but it's delicious ✨.
