I felt a slight bitterness and a chili spiciness afterwards. I have not had this drink very often. I would like to drink it again.

I drank it at an izakaya, so I couldn't tell what it was, a junmai ginjo.... The aroma was long gone, but it was fruity, and the taste was sweet and refreshing. The taste was sweet and refreshing, and there may have been a certain amount of alcohol. It was a sake that went well with meals.

100% ancient rice sake from Nishibori Sake Brewery, which makes a lot of unusual sake. It is really golden. It has been a while since I have had it, but it is still unique! It's like it's not sake at all.
The aroma is like gentle vinegar. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes very sour. It also has an astringent taste. It is like white wine.
The aftertaste, however, is not at all like that of sake, but it is strangely rice-like. The umami of grain...? Sweetness...? And the aroma is hard to describe, like freshly cooked rice... like dried grass....
It is delicious! But I can't describe it well! Someone please drink it and post your thoughts... lol

I bought this liquor at the end of last year. The aroma is not strong, but has a melon-like fruitiness. It is quite sweet in the mouth! It also has a bitter taste. It leaves a spicy, bitter, medicinal taste on the tongue. But it is refreshing.

I drank it on New Year's Day and again today. I think the rice flavor comes out better when it's tepid than when it's cold. It was delicious 😊🙏.

Local Tochigi sake.
When you put it in your mouth, you first taste a gentle sweetness. The spiciness lingers in the mouth. The deliciousness of the rice can be felt gradually. It is easy to drink without being too assertive.
People who like it strong may find it watery. The sweetness and rice flavor could be felt a little later after opening the bottle, so it might be good to wait a little longer.
I like it because it is easy to drink. It was empty in an instant. I recommend drinking it with a meal!

I drank it during a trip to Tsukioka Onsen.
It is a strange sake: rice and pop. It is said to be made with yeast from the sawaoguruma (Japanese silver leaf) that blooms in the Fukushima Lagoon.
The color was a mysterious pink! It smelled very flowery. It was sweet and bitter, thin and refreshing. Tastes like a drink I've never had before 🤔.
It's different from common rice beer and totally different from ordinary sake! It was vividly etched in my memory.
Unfortunately, I could not buy it with tasting drink.... It's only available in Niigata and they don't sell it online or anything.... I would like to try it again, but Niigata is a bit far away.... I'd like to try it again, but Niigata is too far away......and the number of bottles produced seems to be small, so I wonder when it will be available. I'll add a photo of Fukushima Lagoon, which I visited as a tourist.

Local sake from Tochigi! The aroma is gentle.
It is like caramel? For some reason, it also has a salty taste. It is spicy afterwards.
Anyway, it is so thick that it remains in the mouth for a while after swallowing. It says "the flavor of rice is gentle..." but is it gentle? Personally, I felt it was a gut punch. It was delicious.
