At the Mitomiku Sake Brewery's "Kurabiraki" event. Free tasting. Deketate" was quite fresh and tasty. The limited edition Sakura Tofu is dry and refreshing with a delicious flavor. All are delicious.
I bought this sake at a store called Sato Shuho in Yufuin when I was on a trip to Oita. It is made by Kuramitsu Sake Brewery in Oita City. The sake itself has a delicious flavor, but when you drink it, the sweetness of the koji (malt) spreads out and makes it easy to drink. It is more like amazake than sake.
The sake is labeled as having a sake degree of +14 degrees, but the spiciness comes on slowly, rather than with a gusto. It is quite refreshing. The acidity of Yamahai can also be felt somehow.
I bought this sake at a paid tasting at a liquor store in Kyoto, Japan, and liked it so much I bought it.
The aroma is faintly banana. It has a delicious flavor, but it is not harsh and refreshing, and I never get tired of drinking it.
It is a very cost-effective sake, and I would like to keep it on hand as an evening drink. I only drank it cold, but I would like to try it warmed.
Good morning, Noritama 😃.
Hirotogawa's special pure sake! It's delicious 😋!
It's a relief to have this in the fridge, and we had a blast appreciating it even more with the heated sake 🤗.
Thanks for your comment Jaynoby. Even days after opening it, it's still very stable and delicious. I see that heated sake is also highly appreciated, I look forward to drinking it 😊.
Urashinomine, I asked for it because I don't see it very often. It seems to be an original from Kyoto's Shima Sake Brewery. The aroma is banana and fruity, but the mouthfeel is dry and refreshing with a delicious flavor.
Compared to Takejaku Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake. Haginishiki has a slightly banana-like aroma with a strong umami flavor and a slightly bitter aftertaste, but it is clean. Takejaku has a citrusy acidity and bitterness first, followed by umami. I think I prefer Haginishiki.
I haven't been able to drink alcohol for about a month due to circumstances and haven't posted in a while.
It has a freshness with a hint of microbubbles and a good balance of umami. Delicious.
Good morning, Noritama 😃.
Thanks for your patience for a month 😌.
Kifotsuru! It's delicious 🤗The autumn sake 🍁 I drank last year was so good, I'd like to try another one 😋.
Thank you for your comment, Jaynoby. I am looking forward to enjoying sake again soon. I haven't had Kibotsuru in a while, but it's good 😊I'm also interested in the autumn sake called Mecha-Yami. 😳
First check-in for Tokushima sake. I bought this when I visited a sake brewery on a trip to Tokushima.
The aroma is quite fruity, and the mouthfeel has the umami of rice and a little bit of thickening. As you sip it, you will gradually taste acidity and spiciness. The change in flavor is interesting.
Good morning, Noritama 😃.
Congratulations on your first Tokushima sake ㊗️🎉!
Our first Tokushima was also a Naruto sea bream sandesi 😌I've never been to Shikoku 🥲 I'd love to drink it there too!
Thanks for your comment, Jaynoby. I have 4 more prefectures to go before I conquer the whole country, but only Kyushu-Okinawa seems to be the difficult part😅Naruto sea bream is often seen outside of Tokushima. If you have a chance, please try it there 😊.
This was the sixth sake we chose to drink at a sake event in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture.
This sake has a strong umami flavor, with a sense of maturity and a freshness that is unique to the original sake. It is delicious, but it is quite intoxicating.
Blended Junmai-shu, a collaboration of Shiga sake breweries in honor of Sake Day. I was curious to see what it tasted like, so I bought it. Although I wasn't sure which sake brewery to classify it under, I went with Kita Shuzo, the manufacturer for now.
It has been about a week since I opened the bottle, and the taste has gradually changed from fresh and dry when the bottle was first opened, to dry with a hint of umami now. It is an interesting sake.
