Sawahime真・地酒宣言 大吟醸
shu
I received this wine from a friend in Shimono City, Tochigi Prefecture, where the sake brewery is located.
It starts off fruity, with a strong sense of rice flavor. As it is swallowed, the spiciness of the alcohol spreads quickly on the tongue, giving it a sense of heaviness, perhaps because it is 17%.
The aftertaste is herbal.
The aftertaste is similar to the aftertaste of Hanaboe Yamahai, which I drank in the past.
It goes well with strong flavored food.
It's not the type of flavor I can drink a lot of, but it's delicious ✨.
