70% polished rice
Aroma of fluffy 🍎. Sourness. A little bit of alcohol.
It tastes like cheap regular sake, but after a while it becomes sweet and refreshing. Surprisingly, there is no sourness.
Received as a gift.
Polished rice 60%.
The rice is wet and has no characteristics. Upon closer inspection, it was 60% polished rice. There is no ginjo aroma, but there is no cloying taste.

It seems to have been opened on New Year's Day, so the carbonation was gone (lol).
It is cloudy. It tastes like doburoku. More miscellaneous taste than bitterness? No sweetness at all.
It's totally drinkable, though.
Polishing rice 70%.
Sake from Shimane, and cheap, so I bought it on impulse. I bought it on impulse at Tokyu Food Show in Shibuya.
The aroma is a little bit sweet, but the flavor is strong.
It has a strong umami flavor. The acidity is a bit strong on the palate. The aftertaste is quite long!
Not too pungent, but not sweet either. It has an interesting taste!
Maybe it's a food sake. It's not too much of a distraction, but it's nice.
It's 90% polished rice and even has hops in it.
The color is very muddy.
There's a lot of miscellaneous taste. It also has a sour taste.
It looks like a neo-nihon-shu, which is great as an entry point for people who don't like nihon-shu. I think the miscellaneous taste comes from the hops.
Dewa Sanzan, 33% polished rice
Aroma of 🍏 came - if it is sweet?
Fresh muscat. This is delicious. This is the freshest one I've had today. A storm of sweetness, but not too sweet. It has a short aftertaste.
Is the acidity just right? Certainly.
Comet, 50% polished rice
Slightly 🍏🍋 aroma. It is quite light.
It has a wet, sweet taste. It has no sharpness at all, no sharpness, and is not like Morishima's sake.
This is good. It has a lemon-like acidity and is easy to drink. It has some flavor for a junmai daiginjo.
Aiyama, 50% polished rice
Slightly sweet aroma.
Yes, it has a refreshing sweetness! The lingering Aizan sensation is there, but it is thinner than usual. It is not like Aizan.
It seems that Aizan has recently developed a distinctive sourness, so this was recommended to me as a good one.
I can gobble this one up. It is delicious.
It has no alcohol taste and is a delicious akabu!
Kinuhikari polished rice 60
Seemingly limited to Kashiwaya. The aroma is rich and sweet.
It is sweet. It is also thick. It has a long aftertaste.
It is not fruit-like, but sweet like mirin (sweet cooking rice wine). It tastes like the pure sweetness of rice condensed.

Aiyama's typical sweetness, yum!
I haven't had a Junmai Daiginjo in a long time.
The aroma is elegant. The taste is getting spicier and spicier.
90% polished rice
Yellow in color, full of tangy, strong flavor.
It is said to be lychee-like, and I thought it might be so. It is a mixture of sourness and umami.
If I had not been told that it was 90% polished rice, I would not have noticed it.
