A gift. Polishing rice 60%.
It has a flavor and spiciness that is quite close to that of a regular sake. When you eat a pinch of it, it is as refreshing as water. Jungin? It tastes like a Jungin.
Gin no Iroha, 50% polished rice
Sake with a strong sweetness. It is easy to drink at first, but the sweetness lingers in the mouth for a long time. Not bad at all.
Weak aroma. When paired with the plums we got together, the sweetness disappeared 💦 and it was like alcoholic water.
It tastes better without any garnish.
In-den after a long time!
It is yellowish in color.
It is a little sour, but has a heavy spiciness.
But it's so dry and refreshing when you have a snack...
Details unknown. Ordered for dry. I was gut-punched when I saw the description "super dry" on the bottle.
The color is quite yellow. It is very spicy. It's very hot. However, it has a long aftertaste, so it lingers for a long time. A quick snack!
Yamada-Nishiki, 60% polished rice
Crisp and dry. It has a "kuu" feeling.
I think it has a spiciness typical of Hidakami.
The one you want to have as a snack.
A little bit of a distinct taste, sweet.
A little bit sweet. There is a lingering aftertaste.
It is quite drinkable on its own. I think it would taste better with a side dish.
When I heard it was made in Hiroshima, I had an image of it being more refreshing.

Slightly sweet aroma. Fruit-like, but what is this...
It has a strong sweet taste. The balance of acidity and sweetness is excellent, and it can be drunk easily.
So this is Fukuoka's sake!
This is a different sweet sake from Tanaka Rokuugo. This one is more acidic, so it has a stronger character.

A soft sweet aroma.
It is easy to drink with a clean, umami taste. This is delicious! The bottle is too small and not enough 💦.
It's not a seductive sake, so I'd prefer to drink it by itself, but it goes perfectly with food, so it's great as a mealtime sake.
Yumeko, 55% polished rice
This is a classic wine for me to match with horse sashimi. It is quite yellow in color, isn't it?
The aroma of rice spreads softly.
I didn't remember it being this sweet. I thought it would be smoother. I feel like it has a stronger flavor.
The aftertaste is quite short and smooth. I think it goes well with meals.

The color is very yellow. The aroma is sweet, but the alcohol content is low.
Mild attack, mildly sweet.
This is very strong...nothing changes even if you eat some snacks!
Yamadanishiki, 55% polished rice
Moderate aroma? It has a great umami taste.
The sweetness is there but not too much. The lingering aftertaste disappears for a long time, making it easy to drink!
This is a gobi-gubi by itself. After eating the snacks...oh, it's so rich!
Miyamanishiki, 55% polished rice
Hiya. It has a strong alcoholic aroma.
The taste is strong and mild. Strong.
Suitable for dipping. Is hiyaoroshi kept at room temperature? I don't dislike it, and this is the first hiyaoroshi I've had to my liking.
Gohyakumangoku, 60% polished rice
The aroma is strong.
It is a little tangy when you drink it. The aftertaste is a storm of miscellaneous tastes and pungency. 🌪️
The aftertaste is also long.
I don't think this is a hiyaoroshi.
It goes great with strong flavored snacks. Too cosy...
Bizen Omachi, 65% polished rice
Clean and full-bodied.
I can drink it down in gulps.
This wine has a strong umami flavor and is too delicious. It is endless.
Jacket purchase. Polished rice 65%.
Yellowish color. As I expected, it tastes rather like a normal sake.
The miscellaneous flavors become stronger as the temperature rises. It tastes dry and refreshing when chilled with ice. It tastes like water if you eat a strong snack.
You should drink it chilled.
