It's a quick and easy way to get through the day. Goshinshu. A little habitual. Easy to drink, but the habit is hidden. Country style. Old classic. 83 points

Freshly shiboritate kameguchi purchased at the Ishikawa Shuzo November Appreciation Day. The fruity, flowery aroma gently rises along with the zing of alcohol that is typical of freshly squeezed new sake.
Ohhhh 🥹.
This is delicious. Sweetness and acidity like cucumber and white grapes. The aftertaste is refreshing, yet lingering and makes you want to take another sip.
I had a chance to visit the brewery and bought a small bottle.
I was told that the sake is made with Tokyo water and rice,
What kind of rice is used for all brands? I wonder if it's all the same,
Basically, they use edible rice.
When I drank it, I felt a fruity sweetness at first,
As I drank it, I gradually felt a honey-like sweetness.
Tamanjutsu is a sake characterized by its sweetness,
This one gave the impression of a particularly strong sweetness.
I paired it with light-flavored oden, which was a nice touch.
It would also be good warmed up.
A bottle of Taman's pride. A bottle purchased at the monthly appreciation day. It is bottled to order. The sake is aged in cedar casks and then further flavored with cedar chips. The cedar gives the sake a peppery, spicy aroma when combined with the sake. I find the concept of barrel-aged sake very interesting, similar to the barrel aging of Western sake. And the best part is that it tastes great.
A cup of Taman proudly branded Tamaru sake. This bottle was purchased at Tamatebako, an antenna store in Haijima that collects good things from the Tama region. Despite the catchy label, it is a very tasty, royal road sake. It tastes like it could be enjoyed slightly warmed up.
Also purchased at the same liquor store as Kamikai.
It has been a very long time since we have had a Taman Jugen. Fresh and a little rough. It is sweet but has a moderate pungency. Overall, the acidity is impressive.
Sweet but not modern type.
Sweetness like Japanese sweets.
A common type of flavor, like an excellent raw sake.
The store where I bought it said it gets better the longer it's open, so I want to see how it changes.
I guess it tastes more like a classic sweet sake.
Hmmm, I thought it was Ishikawa's sake, but it is Tokyo's sake!
I love the cute kitten🐈 label👍
Slightly amber color and mild aroma.
It has a pleasant mouthfeel with a hint of acidity.
The taste that slowly lingers in the mouth is also good 😚🍶💕.

Fussa brewery opening. Ishikawa Brewery.
Alcohol in the air and hunger... 🤤.
Let's have some soba noodles ❗️
Oh ❗️ found some sparkling 👀.
This is the only time I drink 🤗
apple🍎.
Shuwa shuwa🫧.
Sweet and sour like juice 🍹.
As expected from a brewery that produces a wide range of beers 🍺 and other beers 🙂↕️
Sparkling was also a thing of the past 😆.

Fussa brewery opening. Ishikawa Sake Brewery.
Great shuttle bus service between the two breweries makes it much shorter & free 🚌.
Nice, Fussa👍.
Upon arrival, I saw the new sake and decided to drink it right away😄.
Light sweetness and a little bitterness 😁.
You can feel the hackles at the end 🙄.
You can also enjoy the ginjo aroma ☺️
This was a sake that you can feel the pride of a classic that aims for modernity 😆.
Hello, Matsuchiyo!
The food was great, better than I expected 😄.
Fussa Chamber of Commerce is cool 😎.
I think you can enjoy it even if you are just visiting .
Taman's Zuiru Ao, which was purchased at the recent Fussa brewery opening. Refreshing aroma like an apple. It is full of sweet and sourness, fruity and juicy. It also has a pleasantly fizzy feel. It is also nice that the aftertaste has a strong sake-like quality. I would like to try all of them someday.
