It's a spicy one that I didn't have a chance to buy lol.
I overheard a sales clerk, who is quite a drinker, telling a woman of about 20 years old who came to buy it for her father's present that this was the best dry sake she could buy.
I'll have it.
The aroma is very mild 😁.
Refreshing flavor and clean acidity in the mouth ❣️
The rice is full-bodied and finishes with a nice sharpness👍
It's dry but also juicy and umami, I would say it's dry in Mimuro rather than dry in general🤔.
