Brewed by Akita Shuzo Co.
Akitaharu Ace Blue Label
Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake
This is my first time drinking this sake.
Opened the bottle with high expectations✨
I tried it and found it to be
This one is quite delicious 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳.
It is quite dry, but also has the freshness and juiciness
It has the freshness and juiciness of a dry sake.
It has a slight gaseous feeling with a tangy aftertaste,
The aftertaste is quite refreshing👍👍👍
Super nice sake 🍶🥰🥰🥰.

Akita Sake Enjoyment Party in Akita
The 14th sake, Akita Haru
We revisited A (Ace) because we were curious about it since we enjoyed the Bearded Glasses Boy.
It has a crisp, refreshing dry taste, but the sake flavor is a little stronger.
We preferred the more flavorful Bearded Glasses Monk.

Akita Sake Enjoyment Party in Akita
The 10th glass: Akita Haru.
It was the first time to drink this sake.
My husband was anxious to try this one.
It is supposed to be dry, but it is easy to drink because it has sweetness and umami. It was delicious.
It was served to us by the bearded, bespectacled man himself! I bought it to drink slowly at home because it seemed to go very well with autumn and winter tastes.
I like it almost as much as a *4.
- When you open the bottle, it has a slight green apple aroma. ‼︎ The juicy sweet and sour taste on the palate is followed by a nice bitterness that makes it easy to drink. ❣️
Purchased at Miki Sake Shop along with Hakuro Taruzu and Takizawa
I bought a bottle of Nama nigori because I had a good impression of fire-aged sake.
It has a strong gaseous taste. It is fruity, but the sake is -7 on the sake meter, but it is still active nigori, so it tastes bitter and not as sweet as it is supposed to be. The second half of the bottle is a bit alcoholic.
As the temperature rises, the koji-like and rice-like flavors become stronger, but the bitterness is lessened and the sweetness can be felt.
There was also a regular unpasteurized sake that was not nigori, so I might have preferred that one 🤔.
Scent of alu feeling, not as sweet as the specs, perhaps due to the sweet and sour effect. If I say it is sweet and sour, it is sweet and sour, but the alu feeling bothers me a little. A unique and interesting sake.

I've been secretly paying attention to Akita Haru since I drank Ace.
I've been curious about Akita Haru Daiginjo since I saw it at Yamaya.
I couldn't find any reviews on it in my search, but T.KISO drank it quite a while ago and it looked good, so I bought it 😁.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma and a rich sweet flavor.
The end has a sharpness that is typical of aluzoe. The fruity aftertaste lingers for a long time.
Maru-san told me about an Ace distributor? I hope to visit one soon 😊.
Scoring: ☆☆☆☆
Akita Haru's beard, glasses, and shaved head: ❣️
The label was inspired by the appearance of the brewery's head brewer, Mr. Itaru Odate 😆.
Gentle aroma with a hint of fruitiness☺️
Juicy acidity characteristic of nama-shu, sweetness and umami of rice❣️
It has a richness, yet it is light and crisp on the throat 😋👍.
The aftertaste after swallowing is relaxing and gentle 😚 It's quite delicious🎶.
Not necessarily a monk connection,
There is a temple in Oga, Akita that is famous for hydrangea.
The second and third pictures are from the temple.
I went to see them for the first time this year!
I dared to go at night when the lights were up 😉.
The priest spent more than 20 years to grow the hydrangeas that fill the temple grounds.
The hydrangeas, which were divided from just one plant into more than 2,000 plants, are all blue 💙💙💙💙💙 by now when they are in full bloom!
A true Japanese beauty🇯🇵💕
Sigh, it's so beautiful 😮💨
The entrance fee is over 1000 yen, but it is well worth it!
The lights are lit up with blue, and the scenery is so amazing you'll feel like you've wandered into another world✨👏.
Next year, I want to see it in the morning 👀❣️
Good evening, T.KISO!
Wow 🤩The illuminated hydrangea is stunning! It must be beautiful beyond words to see it in person 💖Please post some pictures if you go back in the morning 😉.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama! ☀️
It's beautiful, isn't it?
I heard it's very crowded on weekends, so I went on a weekday night 😊There weren't even 10 visitors, so I took a lot of pictures 😁.
I'll do morning shots next year😅.
Good morning, T.KISO 😃.
It looks like a flower blooming in the sea when lit up 🥹It's so heartwarming 😌.
It's so contrasting with the label of Akita Haru, it's kind of omoroi 😆.
This is my first saké and I almost bought it by the bottle, but it tastes beautiful in a word, with a fruity and slightly acidic taste. The label is cool because it is a jacket purchase, and I wonder what the "A" is, but it is Akitabare Another Advance Akita Haru, different from the past, a new advance. Purchased at Bic Camera in Shin-Yokohama.
