Fruity, sweet and delicious.
But it is also sour and spicy, so it is rather refreshing.
Delicious.
It is freshly opened now, but it will be different tomorrow.
I thought it might be similar to Toyo Bijin Junmai Ginjo 50, so I compared them. Both are green apple type.
Ace - Sake meter degree -8
Toyo Bijin -> Sake meter degree -5
Toyo Bijin is stronger in fruitiness, aroma, and acidity. (Sweet and sour fruity).
Ace is a little weaker in fruitiness but stronger in sweetness. (A little heavy sweetness + spiciness)
I like both.
Postscript:
It seems richer after it has settled down overnight.
Kudokidokute Junmai Ginjo might be close to it...?
I thought Kudoki-uide was a heavier version of Ace, but I'm a little drunk, so I'm not sure.
I went to Akita, the land of beautiful sake 🎵
Of course, I also went to the sacred Eiraku Restaurant. I also drank Shinmasa's Ubei and Yonotori, which can also be drunk in Tokyo.
This time, I brought back three of my favorites as souvenirs. Today is the first of them. Akita's sake is often sweet and sour, but this one is dry and goes down easy.
You can drink it all the time without getting tired of it.
There were also red and purple varieties, both of which were delicious.
Posting No. 483
It has acidity and sweetness with a fruity aroma. It has a fresh and juicy taste. The taste is quite intense. It has a lingering aftertaste.

Personal preference★★★★-☆
Purchased at Sugakyu Sake Shop, a well-known store in Akita City. I was torn between Akita Brewery's Drunken Rakuten and Akita Haru, as I wanted to try a brewery I had not tasted before on my business trip to Akita. I am a sucker for store-specific brews, so I chose Akitaharu based on the store owner's recommendation. I thought my preference would be the Ace Red, but I was attracted to the Misato Nishiki, so I chose the Blue.
It was a different challenge from the previous Akitaharashi, a clear, dry blue, and it was delicious!
By the way, I'm going on a business trip to Niigata and Tsuruoka, any recommendations?
Hi WOM😊
Akita Haru ☀️'s Ace series is quite good 🎶 glad you like it ❣️
Tsuruoka 🤔.
I know you already drink Eikofuji and Kudokibe...
I guess Kamikigen or Rokkasen?
The first day I opened it, I thought the sake lacked depth.
On the second day, the aroma was weak but the umami was well pronounced.
Pairing with Ate
Bonito Tataki (bonito) △
Yaki-gyoza (grilled dumplings)
The 2nd day
Grilled sweetfish with salt
Sashimi of kanpachi
My personal favorite
High difficulty in opening the bottle. The dark color of the bottle makes it difficult to see how much is spilled. Unfortunately, I spilled a lot. During the process of opening the bottle, a lactic acid aroma wafted through the air, which was very enticing. When it is finally poured, it is as cloudy as Calpis soda. It has a Sake strength of +6 and is just the right level of spiciness to keep you going. It is quite delicious!
