I wanted to drink it after reading your review, but I saved it... so I decided to compare Mikumari with each other. The first one is the prototype that was released first. The aroma is a cage of alcohol and koji malt? The aroma is a bit like a cage of alcohol and malted rice. It is thin. When you drink it, the mouthfeel is smooth and slightly carbonated. It has a slight sweetness and a light umami flavor, and the acidity and bitterness make it dry. I drank the rest of the bottle, sobbing with anxiety about how it would taste. The sushwashiness was almost gone, but the rice aroma, light umami, and light acidity made it still easy to drink. It is a pity that I could not taste the changes between sips, but I enjoyed it to the end. The difference between the two is not noticeable to my taste buds unless I drink them at the same time...but when I drank them at the same time, they were definitely a little different and interesting. Continue to 2nd🔜.

When it comes to Mikotsuru, Yamae Nishiki, and active nigori, there is no way to avoid drinking it. The aroma is sweet? The aroma is sweet, with a hint of cotton candy. When you drink it, it has a surprisingly smooth texture on the tongue, but as the bottle opener warning tag says, it is very soft and smooth. It is typical of Shinshu sake (?). It has a forest-like richness. It is easy to drink even after a long time. It has a gradual umami flavor. It is not too peculiar and can be drunk easily. It seems to get a little sweeter as time goes by, but it has a bitter taste and is not sticky. It is also full-bodied. You can feel that you are drinking Mikotsuru! You can feel that you are drinking Mikotsuru. It was a delicious active nigori that reminded me of the Mikotsuru Yamae Nishiki I had previously enjoyed.

The aroma is not very strong, maybe a hint of rum? A little milky too. Which way will it go? I take it at room temperature, wondering which way it will turn out. When I take a sip, I think, "Oh, this is the one I like! It's an autumn sake, but it still has a freshness to it, and you can feel the schwash. But it is gentle, calm, and refreshing. Maybe a hint of pear or rum. When chilled, it has a great clarity through the throat. Mild rice sweetness and soft acidity with a freshness. It has an autumnal richness, but it is not at all cloying, a good balance. It is delicious even when heated. It is warm and mild, with a slight sourness and a soft sweetness of the rice. The expression changes depending on the temperature range, but it is consistently a delicious sake with a gentle taste. I have not been able to drink much of this sake due to various reasons, and new sake has started to be released, so I feel like I have been left behind by the season.

The aroma is slightly citrusy, acidic, alcoholic? and rice. When you drink it, it is a thin, cloudy white pichisuwa, with a light texture on the tongue. It has a sourness and a hint of rice sweetness. I had an image that sake mother liquors are refreshing but have a rather strong flavor, but this one may not be so. The acidity is not as strong as one might imagine. It is a very light and light sake. But it tastes good on a hot day. It becomes even milder as the day goes on. Soda water? Water? It's so refreshing. It is so easy to drink! It was so refreshing that I could drink it after a workout.

Take a flight on the last mile and drink an ibuki while looking back at MIU 404. The aroma is a hint of rummy? A little chili, rummy, light sweetness and tartness, refreshing when included. Delicious! I like this one. With time, the chili mellows out, but the forest-like freshness is still there. It's like a cool breeze in your mouth. It's like being kidnapped by the wind while the fluffy, gentle sweetness and squeaky light acidity come. As the day goes on, you can feel a slight bitterness coming out, but it is not harsh, but rather a refreshing bitterness, which is good. You can drink this as much as you want! The taste is perfect for the name. I enjoyed it with meals or by itself all the way to the end.

The aroma is of sourness and yogurt with a hint of sake yeast. The milky aroma and refreshing sourness continue to coexist, and the slightly sweet taste is refreshing. The light, full-bodied flavor spreads throughout the mouth, leaving you with a sense of satisfaction, but it is also light and easy to sip. As the day goes by, the sweetness becomes more noticeable than the sourness. Yogurt goes well with cheese. As time goes by, the sweetness becomes more and more honey-like, but the aftertaste is relatively light, so you can drink it easily. The aroma may be honey-like. The sweetness and richness comes in a second, and then disappears. It is a delicious sake to drink after a meal rather than during a meal.

To be honest, I can't deny that I was attracted by the name... because it's an active nigori, and it's umma.... When the bottle was opened, there was a strong gas feeling, although it did not blow out! The aroma is of rice and koji, and it spreads softly. When you take a sip, it is just as sizzling as you would expect. The taste is neutral, in a good sense, without much variation. When the lees are mixed, the rice and acidity seem to increase. From what I hear, it is white malted rice, so I wonder if mixing it with that makes it a little more sour. I had a similar feeling when I got Shirofudo. It was like it came right in the middle of the flavor I wanted to drink when I was in the mood for active nigori, and it tasted just as good as the name implies.

Summer has passed, but summer sake, a little more. The aroma is softly sweet rummy and sour. As expected, it has a delicious abe aroma. When you drink it, the aroma is just as it is, with a little bit of a whiff, but the soft sweetness, acidity, and cool sharpness make it easy to drink. This is a delicious sake that anyone would enjoy. It is a light type, so it may not be enough for some people... I like it light, so I enjoyed it very much with a meal. I am thankful that I don't get drunk even if I drink a lot at 13 degrees C. I think that even a 1% difference in the feeling of drunkenness is much more significant than the number.

We will be having sake from Ishikawa. It was the first liquor store I visited, and they told me that they keep their customers' sake and age it at room temperature in the store. I bought it from a place that has a relatively matured-oriented lineup. The aroma is sour and grape-like rice? When I sipped it, there was definitely a bit of grape, but it didn't spread to my nose as much as I had imagined, and it was smooth. The taste has a strong sweetness and umami of rice, the Junmai-shu-like flavor, and a nice sharpness at the end. Even when heated, the richness of the flavor can be felt and enjoyed.

I really wanted to drink it, so I went to a liquor store a little farther away to buy it. The aroma is sour, orangey citrus...and I guess apple? And then there's the rum. It's juicy apple 🍎 white yeast, but not too acidic, just right. It's a white malted rice, but it's not that acidic, it's just right. The fizz continues the next day🫧. If you don't mix it, it's apple? Orange? The flavor is a little sweet, and it tastes more sour when mixed. It's a refreshing rice and apple soda. I drink it without thinking...I've been making comments like this for a while now, but maybe it's better to drink summer sake that way. I've been buying too much sake in a good mood, and I'm running out of summer sake that is out of season.

Modern Yamahai, which I purchased because Hello & Goodbye was so good. The aroma is a hint of... tangerine? Not too strong, but citrusy with a hint of sweetness. When you sip it, it's still mikan🍊, with a little bit of 🍊squashiness. Delicious! I can drink it in large gulps. I'm very grateful that it's 9 degrees (original). I can drink it after taking a bath. It tastes different, but it is almost like beer. But it is not too dry...not too thin, not too thick, just right and tasty. I wish they serve this kind of beer all year round. My impression is a bit thin... but anyway, it was a delicious sake that just kept on going and going 🍶.

Urasato looks something amazing from the label. Sankhia mazakemoto? Is it sweet? I opened the bottle after it was kumqued with an easy imagination. The aroma was light alcohol, grape? and sourness. The aroma alone suggests that it may be a strain that is not my favorite...? I was a little nervous... But when I sipped it, I realized that it was totally fine. It's grapey, but it doesn't have a moister feeling, it's amazing. It's a liquid that can be drunk smoothly. Well-balanced even after some time. No alcohol, clear. A little astringent and tingling? I can feel a slight tingling, but it also enhances the precision of the 🍇 (I don't think it is an attempt to produce a particularly grape-like effect). I'm here for the acid base sweet sake. No, Mr. Urasato is great, isn't he? As usual, please forgive me for my poor impression.

I put it to sleep, but everyone loved the summer dobrokku! When I twisted the cap, the lees bobbed... I cooled it in the freezer for a moment and finally opened it. The aroma is rice, a little citrus, and sourness. When you drink it, this is a delicious rice shuwashu! I like this type, clean and rice dry. When mixed properly, the sweetness and flavor of the rice increases just a little. It is softly sweet, and finally tightens up with a bitter dryness. Of course, the fizz is also quite strong, and it goes well with rich meals. The next day, when things had settled down, we drank the top clearings. If you don't mix the lees, it's pear or Japanese pear soda🍐🍐. When you mix it, rice comes in and rice and pear soda🌾🍐I usually never eat rice and pear together, but rice and pear soda is delicious...it's a wonder. The low alcohol content combined with the delicious drink emptied in an instant🍶.

When I went to the liquor store to see what they had in stock, they were already out of it, but when I asked them if I could have it, they said, "We had a bottle on reserve for the kaku-uchi, so have it. The aroma is sour and light rummy. When you take a sip, you can feel a slightly irritating chili and sourness on the side of your tongue, with a mild sweetness and a rummy taste. Although stimulating, it doesn't catch in my throat and I can gulp it down easily. The fine chile continues even after a few days, and the grapefruitiness and juicy acidity are delicious. The clear sweetness and layered tangerine 🍊-like acidity did a great job, and it was a delicious drink that kept me going and going and going without stopping to think.

CWS Modern super-harakuchi Junmai Daiginjyo light nigori raw The aroma is faintly rummy. When you drink it, it has a fine effervescence, but with a strong shwash. It still has the flavor of ramune, but it is not sweet, and the light bitterness and carbonation give it a nice sharpness. It has a pleasant dryness that is not too strong. It has a slight sweetness to it. It is exactly what I was expecting when I heard it was a modern super-dry beer, and the taste exceeds my expectations! It does not lean toward sweetness the next day, and its lightness is still there. When paired with fried foods, it's a bit like beer with a rummy bitter schwarz dryness. I could drink this forever. The fizz decreases with time, but you can still taste the citrus. There is a bit of bitterness and a grapefruitiness. Not too sweet, but not too tasty or bitter either, just dry enough that I enjoyed it all the way through, both during the meal and on its own.

It is from a liquor store's hanpukai. The nose is grape and sour. When you drink it, there is a fresh piquancy, with full-bodied grapes and umami. It feels sweet but crisp at the end. Personally, I would like to pair it with dark snacks because of its sweetness. After a few days, it still has a grape taste, and maybe some honey apple. The sweetness spreads out. It ends crisply, so it's not clingy. Although I am not a perfect fan of this style of wine, I enjoyed this wine because it is rich but also has a refreshing feeling.

Stargazing lovely summer Astronomical Observation Stargazing I was disappointed to find that the first one, "Firefly", was sold out before I knew it, but when this one was released, I bought it without hesitation. The aroma is slightly rummy and sour. When you take a sip, it feels very smooth, just as the name suggests. It is slightly sweet and tart, and can be drunk smoothly without any sticking points. Perhaps due to the slightly lower alcohol content, it doesn't feel too alcoholic. I saw a reference to using peaches as a snack, so I made a peach caprese with mozzarella and peaches. It had a flavor that was not too heavy, and matched the mild sweetness of the peaches, the saltiness of the cheese, and the fresh aroma of the olive oil. It was a delicious drink that went down smoothly and could be enjoyed in the summer without stress.

I've laid it down for quite a while, but it's a Bunka Jin summer sake 👻. Aroma: rice, sourness. When you drink it, it is slightly carbonated and tasty. The sweetness, sourness, and rice come in softly, and the bitterness finishes it off with a bitter taste. After opening the bottle, the bitterness seems to decrease little by little. There is still the same rummy feeling. The aroma is of rice? The slightly carbonated, shuffling taste is still there even after a few days. Rice, rumminess, and sizzle...! It is delicious. Is it pear-like? It's raw, but in a good way. I enjoyed it to the end with the taste of ramune, rice, and pears.

When you take a sip of it, it is refreshing, but it is softly sweet, with the taste of rice, and light. It is light, but not thin, and has a delicious summer balance. Even after a long time, the balance is perfect, and you can tell it's rice. It is delicious. After a week of not being able to drink most of it due to a cold, I am thankful that it is as tasty as ever. It's rice, and it's soft and fluffy. It's like rice, but not too tough. It reminds me of the gentle taste of rice. The rice is not too tough, but it has a pear-like rummy taste. It's a good thing that it's Kakuraku, it's better than I expected.

I opened a bottle of Sancho, which I sometimes want to drink very much. The lot came out around March, but I let it sit for a long time. Is it getting stronger or weaker? Is it getting weaker? Which is it? I removed the guard, and the bottle automatically opened with a strong "Supon" sound! The bottle automatically opened strongly. The aroma is grape? and a little like a lactic acid drink. When I took a sip, I was surprised to find that it was a little bit strong! I knew it was stronger than I expected! It is not as yogurt-like as the aroma. It has the usual grapefruit-like sourness, but it is also deliciously sweet and dry. I think I can somehow sense the difference in the rice, but my tongue can't tell the difference in the farm brewing... I'd like to compare the two sometime soon.
