コタロー
A liquor store's hanpukai. The aroma is light grape? The nose is light, grape-like and fruity. When you drink it, you can taste the sweet grapes with a hint of a tangy, squashy flavor, but before it reaches the sweet part, it is filled with a rich acidity and then tightened up with bitterness. It is sweet, but it can be served with a meal without getting dull. The next day, the gas seems to have decreased considerably. As the day goes by, it becomes smoother and smoother, with a gentle lull. I like it when it is freshly opened! The third and fourth pictures are liqueurs made by Kitajima Sake Brewery. I bought it because I was curious about the name "Shio-miruku-shu" (salted miruku sake). The taste is quite thick and creamy! The saltiness is also rather distinct. It tastes like cheese, not yogurt. A small amount is satisfying. I think it would be better to combine it with sour fruits as a dessert rather than by itself. Strawberries are easy to pair with it and delicious. Surprisingly, when heated up, the alcohol taste is reduced and it becomes like sweet hot milk. It was good to drink before going to bed to warm up.

Hi Kotaro 🐦. I was curious about the salted miruku sake on the right 😆 I've never had a liqueur with cheese in it and can't imagine what it's like, but the review makes it sound very tasty 💦 I'm in Shiga and this is my first time seeing it 💦.
