A thing of the past
I remembered that it was light and pleasant to drink, which I didn't think was possible with 90% polished rice.
It was a hybrid flavor that had a strong sweetness but also had a clear aspect 🤔.
I remember this was a new discovery 🙄.
Brewed by Hara Shuzo in Kashiwazaki, Niigata
Koshinohomare Junmai Daiginjyo Genshu
Raku-fu-mai
It is a nice gift 🙇🙇🙇🙇🙇.
I have not been able to drink it because it is expensive.
I couldn't drink it because it's expensive,
But I took the plunge and opened the bottle 🎉🎉.
This one is made from "Raku-fu-mai", which was jointly developed by Hara Sake Brewery and a national public organization.
This "Raku-fu-mai" has excellent resistance to rice polishing and can be polished to 28%,
This Junmai Daiginjo was brewed using only the core of the rice 😂.
When you drink it,
It is very smooth like silk,
The whole mouth is naturally infused with a gentle sweetness.
The whole mouth is naturally infiltrated with a gentle sweetness.
At the end, there is a light bitterness and
and the slightest hint of gas.
It is a very high perfection sake 🍶.
It is a very high quality sake 😆😆😆.

It is really amazing.
I wonder if it is possible to make such an ama-uma with 90% polished rice.
It has a bubbly feeling, and even though it is 16 degrees, it is surprisingly refreshing. But it is very intoxicating.
There are only a few more blue cups left!
We would love to welcome you.

I didn't feel the pressure of the rice, and it seemed easy to drink, mellowing out the 90% rice flavor.
The micro-firing accented the wine, and it was very tasty with a casual meal!

I bought it after tasting it.
I could feel the fruity mouthfeel, richness and full flavor. I will have a small bottle first.
I was happy to be able to recognize the flavor 😄.
