I bought this sake at the extreme recommendation of the clerk at the liquor store. I had drunk hi-ire sake before, but this was my first time drinking nama-zake. The aroma is refreshing, with a hint of honey apple. When you sip it, it is chili chili and full of freshness. The apple? The full-bodied, acidic flavor of apple comes in, but it disappears as soon as you swallow. This is a delicious one. The fire-roasted version was good, but the fresh version is also good. The next day, not only the aroma but also the taste became more like honey apple. But it's not at all strong, and the taste is like a chili chili chili.... Like...anyway, it means that it disappears nicely. There is a juicy feeling when you roll it on the side of your tongue. But it is not too fruity, which also suits this flavor. Overall, it is apple, but you can also taste the umami, and it finishes with bitterness. It was a very well-balanced and delicious sake.
