コタロー
I was told that Bodhi Hashiwado Orikara is a new product, so I was looking forward to buying it. It has been quite a while since I opened the bottle because I didn't want to waste it, but I opened it.
The aroma was rumney and melon.
When you drink it, it has a nice melon flavor with a clear sourness on the top.
When mixed, it is soft and refreshing, with maybe some pear.
A little more subdued than the Yamadanishiki from the Romain series. Maybe a little more subdued than the Yamadanishiki of the Roman series. I couldn't distinguish the wood vat that much with my nose. But what is it...atmosphere that doesn't go to the aroma? Nuance? I think it has a herbaceousness. I wonder if this herbaceousness is the wood vat...or is that just an assumption?
I enjoy the sizzling umami, and at the end, it seems very coherent.
Mimuro cedar is always delicious.
