コタロー
I missed it last year and wanted to drink it.
I opened the bottle in anticipation of a spring sake that goes well with meals 🌸.
The aroma is softly rummy.
When you sip it, there is a light, light sipperiness and a gentle sweetness that comes softly.
I wonder if it is pulled by the cherry blossoms, or if I somehow sense a flavor like sakura mochi (cherry blossom cake)...maybe I'm just imagining it. It has a soft sweetness, freshness, and a bit of saltiness?
But it's still crisp and refreshing. This is the kind of flavor that you can gobble up without thinking... Kamokin, indeed 🍶.
Was it really 16 degrees? It was so delicious that it went perfectly with a meal.
