コタロー
It is from a liquor store's hanpukai.
The aroma is sour - koji?
When you drink it, there is a fresh chilli, and the mouthfeel is very light and clear. There is a hint of sweetness, but it does not go deep.
It finishes with a light acidity and disappears in a whiff. The lingering aroma has a unique herbaceousness. Is this from the sake rice?
The next day, it seems to have calmed down a bit and become more familiar.
The sweetness also seems to have increased, but there is no sweetness that sinks in. And it is still very clear!
It had been a while since I had had a bottle of Kafuda sake, but it was still delicious.
