I have been curious about this one for a while. I bought it thinking that the raw ver might be finished soon.
The aroma is slightly sweet grape and a little citrus. I had imagined that it would be mainly citrus based on the image of Yoshidagurau I have had so far, but it was a little different! But it was a little different!
When you drink it, it is fresh and chili-chili-chili! The sweetness of the grapes is felt in the mouth, but it is also light, and while slowly tasting the umami, it ends with a tingle of acidity.
The whole sake had a clear and sparkling image 🍶 It was low in alcohol content, so it went down quickly and easily.... It was delicious.
I would like to try the green labeled Hyakumangoku No Shiro.

Good morning, Kotaro 😃.
Yoshidagurau! We had a delicious modern Yamahai from Ishikawa Mon 😋Kochira also looks delicious with its sourness and chun 🤗.
Is it Hyakumangoku No Shiro? I'm curious!

Hi Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌙.
I went back to your review 🥳I wonder if it's the same kind of hi-iru and nama-shu? I'm curious about each other 🧐 as they seem to have different tastes 😆 Hyakumangoku no Shiro is also an original sake rice from Ishikawa 🙌 I'd like to try it 🎶.
