Sieg Ji Kon! Omachi that has been laid down ✨. No dents at all in the raw sake or fire-aged 😋. Jikin is strong 💪. One of the things that got me hooked on sake was Jikin Omachi! I hope I can drink it again 😆.

spring or summerhouse 🪶 Dewa Tsanzan draft sake! The label is stylish🌃 It seems to be a night view of Mt. Chokaisan 🏙. I thought it would be quite sweet, but while it has the juiciness of a draft sake, it has a refreshing acidity that makes it easy to drink with a clean finish ✨. I couldn't really tell how spicy it was on the back label, but it's so good 😋.

Uncle Kuheiji Limited! I couldn't buy it every year because it was too much trouble to make a reservation! The gold lettering on the label shines ✨. Uncle Oumachi Kuheiji! I've had Yamadanishiki before but not Omachi, so it's nice to meet you✨ As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the fruity aroma 🍐. The citrus-like acidity is well balanced with the sweet umami of the omachi 😋. Slightly gassy and pleasant ✨. Ajisen collaboration that was in Famima a while ago! I couldn't eat the cup ramen because it was too spicy 🌶. I like spicy food but I'm not a fan of spicy food 💦.
