Local Sake! Looks like Sugihara Sake Brewery has also started brewing this season✨ I hope to drink a lot of Chiyonohana this season! No more nigori releases from Junmai Ginjo 😭 Still, I bought 4 bottles of Jun Dai alone so I was able to fully enjoy it👍 It's juicy and the most fancy one 😋. The brewery also sells a lot of sake-kasu related items such as sweets, breads, bean buns, etc. 🍞. Financier with sakekasu from Imi! The soft aroma of the sakekasu is great 👍!

Long past its prime as indicated on the back label😇 Juicy sweetness of Omachi, Juicy sweetness of Oumachi and fruity acidity like a clear wine 🥂. It's as delicious as ever 😋. KENT🚬 I've been smoke free for about 14 years, I still feel like smoking 🚬. This one was recommended to me at Sake no Yamamoto! I checked and it was the liquor store's PB ✨ That's a good recommendation 🤣. It has a refreshing sweetness, It's a beautiful sake that's easy to drink and goes down smoothly 😋. Chilly! I bought a fall deer 🍁🦌 with Tamagawa. Gentle and smooth on the palate✨ Rich flavor and firm acidity afterwards✨. This one is also good on the rocks 🧊. It's even easier to drink when chilled 😋. New sake is starting to appear! But I will drink summer sake 🤣👍 I bought an ice breaker 🧊 when I went to Kyoto Gutsy and dry when drunk cold! I personally find it easier to drink on the rocks with ice ✨. Take it out of the Nobeyokocho and warm it up 🍶. The acidity comes out and it's also easy to drink 😋. Tamagawa is a force to be reckoned with!

First time south! Minami-chan drink✨ I was under the impression it was a dry sake, It was properly dry 😆. 5th! Another year of professional baseball leagues has come to an end: ⚾️ The Pacific League is still left though! Our Swallows are on thin ice in 5th place😇. We made the Central League exciting again this year until the last game 🤣. I can't thank Chunichi enough 🙏. Not swallows but bamboo chun🐦. Not much sweetness, but acidity from the rich flavor, And the second half is dry and dry! A summer sake that is crisp and clean ✨. I recommend Takejaku 😋.

Nabesama Omachi! It's been a long time since I've been able to buy Omachi 😆. Sweet and juicy with a bitter taste in the second half ✨. No, no, no, it's great 😋. Peyoung's Sauce Katsudon Yakisoba! The sauce is more sour than regular Peyoung's and is easy to eat ✨. The kayaku is like a degraded version of a big katsu from a candy bar, but it's surprisingly good 🤣👍!
