I thought it was a delicious sake with a slight sweetness, moderate acidity, and a crisp bitter aftertaste that is easy to drink and goes well with a variety of meals.
At a BBQ last month 🥩.
I got a bottle of sake that I wasn't familiar with ❗I saw a female castle lord for the first time.
Later I asked Choroki about it and he said she was the lord of a castle somewhere and protected it ❗Where was she from🤔I was too drunk to remember 😅I love history 😁.
Slightly orikara, but not round and classical taste ❗Good for when you want to drink a little ✨may be good with some warmed sake 🎵.
I think the female lord of the castle is the image of a dignified warrior 😍I want to become a vassal and serve the female lord of the castle!
Good evening, Mr. Menshuoh!
This is Iwamura Castle in Gifu, the story is that your husband died of illness so you went to fight there yourself ✨.
It's a local tourist attraction, but the atmosphere of Iwamura castle town on a sunny day is quite nice 😆.
Mr. Noodle King
Good evening...
I'd like to drink it just for the name alone 😍.
I'm sorry that the name is not something that floats my boat after reading the origin of the name 😅I'd like to drink it because it seems to be my favorite flavor...
Good morning, kino.
Iwamura castle? ‼️ Iwamura castle looks nice, but there are many places I'd like to visit in Gifu too, like Takayama or Kasamatsu Racecourse ✨.
The clear, crisp mouthfeel, followed by a refreshing flavor, and the sweetness and umami that remain in the mouth.
Drunken Musubi" is the first sake rice developed in Gifu Prefecture in 42 years.
Iwamura Sake Brewery's Onnajyoji uses this rice.
It is a sake that you can't go wrong with.
Female castle owner to be served with local ingredients. It is thick, spicy and assertive. Nice match with miso dengaku, local vegetable salad, and local ham.
mistress (in a field)
Banana aroma. Dry taste. Full of rice flavor. Sourness is also slowly coming through. Delicious.
Purchased at the sake brewery. The shopping street in Iwamura Castle Town still retains its old-fashioned atmosphere. Since it was a holiday, I thought I would go for a drive and buy some local sake, so I stopped by Iwamura Brewery. It happened to be the opening day of the brewery.
Iwamura Brewery's warehouse opening on Feb. 8, 9, 22, 23, Mar. 1, 2
The area was crowded with stores participating in the event.
Since it was a good opportunity, we joined the brewery tour. It was very satisfying to see the steaming rice cooling machine, the fermenting tanks, and the pressing machine, all of which were in operation this morning.
What's more! A tasting of mash pumped directly from the tanks! You can taste the yellow sake freshly pressed in the yabuta! I couldn't drink it because I was driving, though! It's a live snake, isn't it?
Heavy drinker = heavy drinker = heavy snake = heavy drinker
