The aroma is apple-like ginjo aroma. The color is a little yellowish.
The palate is light and dry with a bitter taste, but the apple sweetness comes later, so it is not a problem.
When you hear the name of the female lord of the castle, Ii Naotora may come to mind, but this one refers to Oda Nobunaga's aunt, Otsuya-no-Kata. She is a female lord of the castle who was at the mercy of the power struggle between Oda and Takeda, married four times, and was crucified by her nephew at the end of her life.
