At room temperature.
Mildly sweet and tasty
what a great sake!
It could be a little more aggressive, but for this type of sake, it is a light and delicious sake.
⭐︎
It's a sake that has no habits and is like an accompaniment to a meal.
I guess it's a sake that you never get tired of.
It has almost no sweetness, and to put it better, it is refreshing and sharp.
I prefer a little more richness and sweetness.
At the BBQ last month 🥩.
These are the drinks I brought 😃.
Bought it at my favorite liquor store! Seems to be a lot of Katafune fans ❗
It has a firm taste that is typical of Niigata sake 😋 ‼️ with a short lingering sharp sharpness 😋.
Pleasant! Sunny! Full in Full bloom! Cherry blossom viewing at Takada Park!
I bought this at a muffin shop on the way to Takada Park to see the cherry blossoms. I was looking to see which one would look best against the cherry blossoms in the daytime...it was Katafune's Saisei, a transparent, airy design based on a refreshing light blue color. The play button ▷ is transparent and the light from the back view reaches through the clear bottle and sake, the view in the back is the Sakura Road in Takada Park. Nice weather and great cherry blossoms! Beautiful...!
It's quite rare to be able to take pictures at a hanami in Niigata with such comfortable temperatures, blue sky, and in full bloom. It was perfect. And for some reason, it's empty today... thank goodness!
The theme for the fifth year of the Saisei series, which challenges katabune that have never been seen before, is low-al and fruity aroma.
Fruity like pear, refreshing like ramune,
Lightly flowing, slightly gaseous,
refreshing bitterness like a carbonated beverage,
The sweetness that comes afterwards
The sweetness that comes afterwards and the rice flavor that spreads slowly.
It has a beautifully smooth taste that quickly slips away,
It is delicious!
The more you drink, the more the aroma changes, which is interesting.
