I've been to a liquor store that I sometimes go to and they started carrying Tenbi and this is the first time I've had it 🤔It's fresh and sweet 🤔I thought it was a little sweet at first but the bitterness in the second half makes it just right 😋.

I've always wanted to try a Domaine Ikedalot and Normal Rot ✨I personally think the aroma isn't that different, Ikedalot has more sweetness, depth and length, and Normal Rot has more spiciness and acidity and is easier to pair with food 🧐They both have the same rice and same yeast, but they are different 🧐. It's definitely delicious 🥰It's still very cold here in the city. ⛰️

I was able to come home early today, so I had an early dinner 🍶The rice for sake is "Gin no Iroha" and it has a refined and gorgeous aroma, sweet but not too sweet, and it is smooth and easy to drink.

It is the first time for me to drink Sairai 🍓It smelled like strawberry milk from Sakuma 🍓 It was a delicious sake with good quality sweetness and moderate acidity, clearer and lighter than I expected and easy to drink ✨Sunday 🚶‍♂️ I found Yukimi Daifuku in the river while taking a walk!

Tokujun comparison 🍶Até sashimi and yakitori (sauce) Yamadanishiki mellowness is 20% more, white label is better for sashimi, Yamadanishiki is as good as yakitori sauce, but both are delicious 🥰It's a blissful weekend. ☺️

I think the 2022BY was quite dry... Aroma of apple, white grape, juicy like Japanese pear, and the bitterness at the end is nice. ☺️ even a bottle will be gone soon 😅

I haven't had tengumai🤔 in years, but it's a lot better than I imagined 😳Alcoholic type, but low alcohol, sweetness and umami of rice, good acidity from yamahai, good sharpness, affordable price, and last but not least, cosy. ☺️
