This is my first time drinking Dewazuru Clammbon and it is delicious 😋 It is a light, well-flavored sake with a slight effervescence 🎐 It is a perfect bottle for the evening of Tanabata 🌠.
It has a strong acidity and sweetness that stands out 😖I feel the more I drink, the more delicious it becomes as I drink the second glass more than the first, and the third glass more than the second. ☺️
I felt the bitterness was more pronounced right after opening the bottle and the alcohol was stronger, so I let it sit for 3 days 😴The flavor opened up and settled in. ☺️ I prefer the taste after a few days rather than right after opening ✨.
The aroma is fruity🥭tropical 🥭☺️ silky and gassy with just the right amount of sweet and refreshing deliciousness ✨The pop label is also a nice summery touch 🌴.

It's been a while since I've had Tenmei🎆 It's low alcohol and literally easy to drink. ☺️Tenmei is a delicious summer sake with a typical Tenmei taste 🎐.
The label is a cool goldfish label reminiscent of summer 🎐The sake rice is Akita Sake Komachi with white malted rice. The floral ginjo aroma is fresh and light to drink, but the umami is also well balanced. The clean aftertaste from the white malted rice is also nice. ☺️
The last sogape of this season was numero un, rich flavor with sweetness, acidity is exquisite, the aroma and lingering taste through the nose is nice, looking forward to next season again 😊.
