It's been 4 years since I've had a Tamagawa since Icebreaker 😲I chose a lighter version of Tamagawa with 17-18% alcohol 😅The rice is Kyoto's "Celebration" and it's delicious with concentrated sweetness and acidity and a nice brandy-like aroma. ☺️ This makes me want to try the Yamahai natural brewing method too!
