I'm sorry Chitose-Tsuru, I almost didn't drink it while I was in Sapporo 😅I didn't know it had become so delicious ✨It's a refreshing and tasty sake that fits the image of Hokkaido winter 😊It's slightly dry and goes well with meals 🍢.

Miyamanishiki is also delicious 😋 It is surprisingly lighter than Genmai, but it is still dense and full-bodied. It is even better when poured into a glass and served at a slightly higher temperature. ☺️
