Climbing Mt. Yahiko with clear skies and autumn leaves at their best! Momiji valley from Mt.
Yahiko is 634m, the same height as the Sky Tree, one of the three highest mountains in Japan, a sacred mountain overlooking the Echigo Plain and the Sea of Japan, Yahiko Shrine, which was written about in the Manyoshu poetry anthology, and a sightseeing spot where you can reach the 9th station by car via a ropeway or Yahikoyama Skyline. Yahiko Shrine, which can be reached by car from the ropeway or the Yahiko Skyline to the ninth station.
Momijidani is famous for its autumn foliage, with the red and yellow leaves shining against the blue sky. The vermilion Kangetsu Bridge is also beautiful when lit up at night.
Yahiko Shuzo's Yahiko Pole Cup along the road at the foot of the valley.
The aroma is clean and pear-like.
It has a refreshing pear-like aroma and a light dry taste with a gentle astringency,
It is smooth and clear.
It has a clear and crisp aroma, but it also has a great flavor,
It has a clear and clear aroma and yet it has umami,
It is a perfect match for a variety of dishes as a mid-meal drink. Delicious.

★★★★☆☆☆
Purchased at Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA.
I was impressed by the sake I tasted.
They also sold a 4-gallon cup, but I chose an easy cup.
It has a strong flavor and a gentle taste. I thought it was a perfect sake for a meal.
Very fruity, yet
I can't believe I can taste this flavor in a glass of sake!

Niigata is indeed amazing!
Yahiko - One cup of Yahiko Koku
Out of the ordinary, ordinary? Yes, that's right.
It has a smooth and mild taste.
By all means, try heating it up.
Kabako crab is delicious!
I think I'm going to be sick!
Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑥
Yahiko] booth.
This brewery came to the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Sake Tour last year, but I had not tasted their sake.
All of the brewers here are certified as first-class sake brewing technicians.
Yahiko Kyokyu
Ponchukan Niigata Station's sake tasting station's No. 1 regular sake in the popularity ranking from February to September. The brewers drink this sake for dinner. It is very tasty and you will never get tired of drinking it.
The contents are the same as the stylish cup sake with a design of Mt. Yahiko and a torii gate.
Yahiko Junmai Sake
Full-bodied, with a delicious sweetness 😋.
Yahiko Junmai Daiginjo No. 9
The rice used is Yamadanishiki produced in Yahiko Village, and because it is brewed with No. 9 yeast, it is the ninth yeast to be used, so it has a sweet and delicious taste with a full-bodied flavor. I heard that the No. 9 yeast that took the world by storm is now considered obsolete in the industry.
Kunisake Iyahiko Junmai Ginjo
This is a specially cultivated rice produced in Yahiko Village with reduced use of pesticides and presented to the Imperial Household. The rice is specially grown in Yahiko village with reduced use of pesticides and presented to the Imperial Household.
Yahiko Romantic Umeshu
A robust plum wine that has won an award at the National Umeshu Competition.
I was told at another booth that the woman who helped me was a first-class sake brewer and also brews sake.
I was told at another booth that she was a first-class sake brewer and also a sake brewer.
I guess that means everyone is qualified and everyone is in charge.
Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA (3)
This is my first visit to Yahiko Sake Brewery.
I know Koshi no Hakusetsu, which used to be sold at Yamaya, but this is the first time I have seen Yahiko.
I drank
Koshi-Hakusetsu
Yahiko Koshibuki is used. It's a regular sake, but it's sweet and sour and delicious.
Junmai (junmai)
This one is also sweet and sour, but I preferred the regular sake "Koku".
Kunisake Iyahiko Junmai Ginjo
The flavor of the rice is very strong.
Junmai Daiginjo No. 9
Fruity and gorgeous
Yahiko Romantic Umeshu
Stronger plum flavor than sweetness
I found out later at another booth that the woman who served us at the Yahiko booth was the actual toji (master brewer) of the brewery.
Her nameplate said she was a 1st class sake brewing technician, so I thought maybe... 🤔.
I heard Yahiko Brewery has abolished the toji system.
He said he doesn't have a chance to come to Kansai because both Joetsu Shinkansen and Hokuriku Shinkansen are halfway far away.
This sake was ordered by the wife on the first day of the Niigata expedition. I had a sip of it, but there was no way I could remember what it tasted like the next month... This is a memorandum.
Aromatic and very tasty. The aroma that passes through the nose is gorgeous.
As one would expect from a sake made in Niigata, a rice-producing region! I want to drink it every morning!
Tastes a little sweet? A little sweet? It is not spicy. So it goes well with any dishes!
