This is the first time I saw and purchased a sake called Fukuji🍶 I want to try a variety of new fresh sake. It is the only sake brewery in Kushiro.
You can feel a little bit of alcohol, but it tastes somewhat cutesy, and the overall impression is gentle.
There is a slight sweetness on the palate, a mineral and gradual umami in the middle, and a crisp and clean finish.
Perhaps it is because I don't have many opportunities to drink sake from Hokkaido, but I felt that it had a slightly different taste from sake from anywhere else 😄.
Fukushi is a famous sake from Kushiro in East Hokkaido 🍶I haven't had it for a while ✨It has a delicious sweetness and freshness from the rice 😋The Fukushi brewery has recently developed a new brand and is getting more attention👍.
I drank it for the first time and was surprised that the flavor was quite present!
It has a rice flavor and a refreshing albeit unobtrusive taste that goes well with all kinds of meals.
It seems to change with the temperature, so I tried heating it to lukewarm and it became sweeter and juicier pineapple!
This year, I think it's all about the northern winners.
The one from about 2 years ago was soooo good!
This year's is delicious too, and I LOVE Fukuji. ❤️
A gift from a friend.
It has a very effervescent, nigori rice flavor, and a sweet taste, but combined with the carbonation, acidity, and bitterness, it is drinkable without feeling sluggish.
My 9th Father's Day gift 😅.
I don't mean to be rude, but I had never heard of this brand 😅🍶, but the taste is very light, and since it's a cup, it ran out quickly, but it looks like it could go as long as you want 😂🍶.
I felt like I would probably run out of the 4-pack 😅🍶.
Freshly opened. Schwashower.
Fine but strong carbonation.
The texture seems solid,
The taste is surprisingly light rice juice.
No aroma in the mouth. It tastes like dry calpis.
I like it.
Taste level 4.5/5
