I was curious to pick up a boxed bottle of this one. The top aroma is apple-like. In the mouth, the sweetness is overtaken by the acidity. It's a white wine, isn't it? I don't know anything about white wine. The last taste is softly tinged with sake. It was so easy to drink that I finished it in no time.

Following Sarapanda, we opened this bottle. The sweetness is indeed pear-like 😋 The acidity is moderate, but the taste is sharp. Both labels are delicious, with a strong flavor, sweet but not cloying. Next year, I'll hold off until Halloween to drink it, and I'll be a confirmed repeat customer.

I couldn't wait until Halloween after all 🎃I figured if I couldn't wait anyway, let's compare the drinks, so I opened the bottle. First, Sarapanda. The first aroma is fresh and fruity. The sweetness rushes into the mouth at once and is quickly followed by a mildly sour taste. This is delicious. Personally, I think it has a hint of pineapple (🍍).

It has been a long time since SEA for Akabu. Is the top aroma muscat? Pear? Fruity and full-blown. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and a chili-tangy stimulation on your tongue. The lingering aftertaste is short and sharp with moderate acidity and bitterness. I found a four-pack at a nearby liquor store and bought it immediately. I was torn between it and Rikuwada. The initial aroma was melon, but the sweetness came to the fore when I put it in my mouth. The moderate alcohol and acidity make it not too heavy. It is gorgeous and can be enjoyed on its own 😋.

I compared Junmai-Daiginjo with Junmai-Ginjo. The bitterness in the junmai ginjo is absent in the junmai daiginjo, and the sweetness is more assertive. Yet somehow it is not heavy. The fruity aroma is still there, and it is very good.
