I couldn't stop chasing after Abe, so I asked the liquor store for their recommendation and they recommended Plus, saying "this is also good if you want to chase after Abe" 🍶They explained carefully that Plus has many meanings, but the only thing I remember is that they add homemade sake lees shochu 😅I haven't had aluzoe sake since I had the first one with aluzoe since the Masamune instrument 😆. It's been a year since I've had aluzoe sake since Musical Instrument Masamune 😆. The bottle is opened with a small, gentle pop (☺️) and there's almost no top notes, and when you sniff it, you finally notice a peachy aroma 🍑The impression in the mouth is of a Black Label with less sweetness 🤔I imagine they were aiming for a more food-friendly sake, and it finishes cleanly with something not acid from the umami 😋 Ah, this is the kasutori shochu! Maybe it's the shochu effect ✨I preferred the standard black, but this was also a nice sake that could be drunk without being disgusting 🥰.

Last of 3 consecutive holidays, I'm going to get my favorite Takachoyo-san 🍶I've been curious about Cherry Chocolate since last year so I'm excited 🤗I actually went for a different sake and happened to find it 🤣 but I knew I had to bring it home 💕💕. When you open the bottle, the sweet aroma rises softly 🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and sourness hit you at the same time and you instinctively say "ummm!" 🜂The flavor is exactly cherry 🍒not cherry but cherry🍒The lingering taste is a bit long and disappears softly😋I want to drink this by itself after a meal 😌I'm sure it's "Hiragana Takachiyo ni! I'm sure there's no hassle at all. ✨️

I was so excited to drink it because of all the great reviews on Sake-no-wa ✨I'm really thankful for that 🙏. The opening of the bottle was a nice pop 💨The top aroma is mild and gives the impression of Japanese citrus 🍊In the mouth, there is a bit of gasiness from the sweetness while the bitterness and sourness come together to create a sweet and sour finish 😋The complexity is so great that it can be served without a side dish💕It's not too sweet and would work as a food wine, but I'd rather enjoy it by itself. I'd love to enjoy it on its own 🥰This is another amazing sake I've come across 💕☺️💕

I was hoping to find some Shinmasa, but they didn't have it in stock😅. But I forgot about the various tastings at the liquor store and drank it 🍶 I can hardly remember what it tasted like, but it was all delicious 😋. Personally, I forgot to take a picture of it, but I think it goes well with the sashimi. 🐟️ I used to shy away from dry sake, but now it's on my list to bring along ✨. I was so happy to be back home after tasting Tobiroki on its own at the end 🥰☺️

Tomorrow I took a day off so I could open a bottle of Koei Kiku Summer Sake 🍶 for the win ✨. The top note is mild, and when you put your nose close to the bottle, you can feel the lactic acidity like yogurt. I feel grapefruit 🍊It's interesting how the impression of sweetness changes depending on the food you pair it with✨. On the second day, the sweetness increased and the balance of sourness and bitterness wrapped around the acidity and bitterness, making it more delicious 💕It was a sake that could be drunk smoothly and refreshingly and could be one of the four great summer sakes 🥰.

The first aroma is sweet and gentle, maybe apple 🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the first impression is sweetness like Miyaganbai, followed by a subtle umami and sourness 😋The lingering taste is also subtle bitterness and it finishes short ☺️ It is indeed delicious, but it is more like an adult summer sake to be enjoyed in a relaxed manner than a so-called summer sake🧔. The first Abe Black I brought you was so good that I brought it back to you not too long after 🍶Regulus from the Abe Star series 🌟How is the power of the sake bearing the first class star of Leo 🤤 so I opened the bottle right away✨. The top aroma is mild and hard to distinguish even if you sniff 😅it's hard to tell 😅it might be a nose blockage 👺It's just acidity in the mouth with enough sweetness on top 🥰It reminds me of lemon if I take just the acidity and exaggerate it 🍋It's light and refreshing but has a good taste, but it could be a little less sweet 🍋 It's a bit sweeter. I think it could be a little less sweet 🤔On the second day, the acidity was even stronger, but the whole thing was a round, beautiful liquid that I could gobble up like juice 😋I want to try the other first-class stars too: ✨️

Brewed by Okada Honke with "flower yeast" collected from salvia flowers by students of Hyogo Prefectural Agricultural High School 🌺I remember the sake store recommended it to me last year and I enjoyed it ✨I think the acidity was impressive from my notes from last year 🤔. When I opened the bottle, it made a really nice sound 💨I wonder if it's gassy 👀The top aroma is modest with a floral aroma and a little bit of alcohol 🌷may be pulled by the flower yeast 😅I felt a slight gasiness in the mouth, but the impressive acidity came through and then the sweetness came through with a short finish and the gentle aroma slipped through my nose 😋Meals. The sweetness of the wine is enhanced when paired with food, giving it a different impression 🤤The sweetness is much less than last year's, but it's still delicious 🥰.

After a stressful day at work, I decided to open a bottle on a weekday to take a breather 🍶The chosen brewery was Yamazan no Kotobuki, which has recently risen to the top of my list of recommended breweries: ☺️The label picture is cute and summery ✨. The top aroma is citrusy with a hint of sweetness and sourness, maybe orange banana 🍊🍌🤔In the mouth, you can feel the gasiness on the tip of the tongue while the sweetness and sourness lightly escape 😋 It is light enough to be perfect for summer with a strong flavor 😆 I can gobble it up! I could almost say before summer, "Mmmm, summer!" I almost said that before the summer 🤗.

When I opened the bottle, the aroma of passion fruit was already clear and tropical 🥭but... I rode my bike up a steep hill to my first liquor store to get a bottle of Abe Green, which is highly rated in the Sakegawa area 😭They sold out the day before so I didn't get it 😭 Instead, I went with them to get a Black Oragami Nama 🍶The liquor store said the first Abe was "a royal Abe" ✨. The top aroma is a faint pear 💨The fresh sweetness in the mouth is combined with a surprisingly beautiful and impressive acidity 😳The milky lees and the tangy gasiness are a perfect combination 😋The low alcohol content of 12 degrees also helps. It's a perfect drink on its own or as a food wine ✨I've got more sake to pursue 💕.

I wasn't aware that I was supposed to check in at 100 🎉 on the last day of GW, but I reached a milestone with the Kaze no Mori ALPHA series that got me back into the sake swamp: ☺️ The bottle opens with a pop and a cheerful welcome 💨The gasiness seems to be alive and well even with No. 6 yeast 🫧The nose is mild, with a little lactic acidity and citrus 🍊. The top nose is mild with a bit of lactic acidity and citrus , the mouthfeel is soft and viscous with sweetness and a hint of gas 😋, and the acidity is refreshing 🤤 I wonder, the acidity gives it a great depth ✨White yeast or Bodai yeast 🤔, a bitterness at the end and a clean finish with no alcohol 🥰, as expected from a collaboration between Shinsei and Kaze no Mori 😆. It's a shame it's only 500ml 🍶.

I went to the liquor store in search of Katakana Takatichiyo but couldn't find it😭I was disappointed and found this one in the back of the fridge✨I gave up on the Katakana review and took you to ☺️ sorry Hina Hana Mama💦. The shopkeeper said it was a pineapple 🍍 so I opened the bottle right away even though it was probably a summer sake as the name suggests 😆. The aroma on the top of the bottle is pineapple with a hint of sweetness and sourness 🥰, which may have been pulled in by the previous information 😋, and the fresh, tropical sweetness and flavor in the mouth 😋, followed by a fruity sourness and light bitterness to finish💕 Mmmm, pineapple🍍, the sourness hitting the back of the throat is a pleasant feeling ✨ hiragana Takachiyo is still a must-have 🝦. I'm sure you can't go wrong with Hiragana Takachiyo 🍶.

I probably don't need to bother telling you anymore... but yes, it's half Jikon Omachi Nama Sake 🍶My man brought it to me again 🥹Thank you ✨. The bottle is open as usual, so I'll take it quickly 😋. The aroma is fruity, with melon, pear and a hint of lychee 🍐The sweetness spreads in the mouth and is quickly followed by a clear acidity 🥰It is well-balanced with a rice flavor and a hint of bitterness that keeps you going until the end 🥰. After it goes down the back of the throat, the pleasant aroma is quickly followed by a clean aftertaste 😍That feeling unique to Jikin-sama 💕Ah, I love Jikin-sama after all😆💕.

Brewed with a new rice called "Jushikinmu" by Kangiku, who never misses a chance to brew 🍶I brought this one to you expecting it to be right in the middle of my favorite sweetness ✨. The bottle was opened with a big pop 💨 I was afraid it would spill 😅. The aroma is mild, with a slight impression of pear 🍐The supernatant is very gassy, with sweetness and bitterness coming almost simultaneously 😋 and a nice crisp acidity 😋. When mixed with lees, the aroma impression is still pear 🍐Lees is also moderate, and the appearance makes me drool 🤤In the mouth, the gasiness is a bit petit, sweetness increases a bit, but the fresh bitterness and acidity make it easy to drink 🥰It's not quite what I expected sweet and delicious, but still high level ☺️It is also delicious with the bitter taste of spring vegetables! I think so✨️

I've been curious about the name for a while 😁The name "Kudokyuu Ute" comes from Hideyoshi Toyotomi 🤔I opened the bottle feeling some kind of connection 🍶. The first aroma has an impression of apple and a bit of alcohol but it is mild 😌The sweetness is felt from the viscous mouthfeel 😋After that, the umami with a slight bitterness follows and the spiciness finishes it off ✨I hardly feel any sourness but it is the spiciness that makes the mouth feel clean and refreshing. I'm not a fan of the spicy aftertaste, but I'm impressed that it's made with a perfect balance ✨Let's try other labels 🤤.
