The first Abe Black I brought you was so good that I brought it back to you not too long after 🍶Regulus from the Abe Star series 🌟How is the power of the sake bearing the first class star of Leo 🤤 so I opened the bottle right away✨. The top aroma is mild and hard to distinguish even if you sniff 😅it's hard to tell 😅it might be a nose blockage 👺It's just acidity in the mouth with enough sweetness on top 🥰It reminds me of lemon if I take just the acidity and exaggerate it 🍋It's light and refreshing but has a good taste, but it could be a little less sweet 🍋 It's a bit sweeter. I think it could be a little less sweet 🤔On the second day, the acidity was even stronger, but the whole thing was a round, beautiful liquid that I could gobble up like juice 😋I want to try the other first-class stars too: ✨️

Brewed by Okada Honke with "flower yeast" collected from salvia flowers by students of Hyogo Prefectural Agricultural High School 🌺I remember the sake store recommended it to me last year and I enjoyed it ✨I think the acidity was impressive from my notes from last year 🤔. When I opened the bottle, it made a really nice sound 💨I wonder if it's gassy 👀The top aroma is modest with a floral aroma and a little bit of alcohol 🌷may be pulled by the flower yeast 😅I felt a slight gasiness in the mouth, but the impressive acidity came through and then the sweetness came through with a short finish and the gentle aroma slipped through my nose 😋Meals. The sweetness of the wine is enhanced when paired with food, giving it a different impression 🤤The sweetness is much less than last year's, but it's still delicious 🥰.

After a stressful day at work, I decided to open a bottle on a weekday to take a breather 🍶The chosen brewery was Yamazan no Kotobuki, which has recently risen to the top of my list of recommended breweries: ☺️The label picture is cute and summery ✨. The top aroma is citrusy with a hint of sweetness and sourness, maybe orange banana 🍊🍌🤔In the mouth, you can feel the gasiness on the tip of the tongue while the sweetness and sourness lightly escape 😋 It is light enough to be perfect for summer with a strong flavor 😆 I can gobble it up! I could almost say before summer, "Mmmm, summer!" I almost said that before the summer 🤗.

I was accompanied by Mr. Abe, who had been curious about this one for a while 🍶It's a relatively new sake with 4MMP as the aroma ingredient ✨How powerful is this sake that makes you drink it with its aroma 😋? When I opened the bottle, the aroma of passion fruit was already clear and tropical 🥭but... I had a bad feeling 😅When I put it in my mouth, I was surrounded by the aroma of passion fruit with a taste of white wine due to the effect of the aroma ☺️ I think it's probably delicious, but I personally don't like it 😔The second day was not so different, but it was nice with a chow slice with cheese on top 😋I guess it's still close to white wine 🤔I'll try other labels again. I won it in a lottery last year and kept it in ice cold storage for almost a year because I didn't know when to drink it 😅It was an ordinary weekend, but I decided to open the bottle 🍶. I was so excited because I've never encountered this Jyushiyo even when drinking outside ✨I held my hands together to pray that it wouldn't get old before opening the bottle 🙏. The first aroma is sweet and melon-like 🍈I was surprised by the complex sweetness and smooth texture in the mouth 😳I'm glad I'm not too old anyway 😋I took my time to taste it and found the sweetness, umami of rice, a little bitterness and sourness, and a long finish 😋There is almost no alcohol feeling and the smooth, mild and mild liquid is easy to drink. I rode my bike up a steep hill to my first liquor store to get a bottle of Abe Green, which is highly rated in the Sakegawa area 😭They sold out the day before so I didn't get it 😭 Instead, I went with them to get a Black Oragami Nama 🍶The liquor store said the first Abe was "a royal Abe" ✨. The top aroma is a faint pear 💨The fresh sweetness in the mouth is combined with a surprisingly beautiful and impressive acidity 😳The milky lees and the tangy gasiness are a perfect combination 😋The low alcohol content of 12 degrees also helps. It's a perfect drink on its own or as a food wine ✨I've got more sake to pursue 💕.

I wasn't aware that I was supposed to check in at 100 🎉 on the last day of GW, but I reached a milestone with the Kaze no Mori ALPHA series that got me back into the sake swamp: ☺️ The bottle opens with a pop and a cheerful welcome 💨The gasiness seems to be alive and well even with No. 6 yeast 🫧The nose is mild, with a little lactic acidity and citrus 🍊. The top nose is mild with a bit of lactic acidity and citrus , the mouthfeel is soft and viscous with sweetness and a hint of gas 😋, and the acidity is refreshing 🤤 I wonder, the acidity gives it a great depth ✨White yeast or Bodai yeast 🤔, a bitterness at the end and a clean finish with no alcohol 🥰, as expected from a collaboration between Shinsei and Kaze no Mori 😆. It's a shame it's only 500ml 🍶.

I went to the liquor store in search of Katakana Takatichiyo but couldn't find it😭I was disappointed and found this one in the back of the fridge✨I gave up on the Katakana review and took you to ☺️ sorry Hina Hana Mama💦. The shopkeeper said it was a pineapple 🍍 so I opened the bottle right away even though it was probably a summer sake as the name suggests 😆. The aroma on the top of the bottle is pineapple with a hint of sweetness and sourness 🥰, which may have been pulled in by the previous information 😋, and the fresh, tropical sweetness and flavor in the mouth 😋, followed by a fruity sourness and light bitterness to finish💕 Mmmm, pineapple🍍, the sourness hitting the back of the throat is a pleasant feeling ✨ hiragana Takachiyo is still a must-have 🝦. I'm sure you can't go wrong with Hiragana Takachiyo 🍶.

The bottle was opened with a big pop 💨 I was afraid it would spill 😅. The aroma is mild, with a slight impression of pear 🍐The supernatant is very gassy, with sweetness and bitterness coming almost simultaneously 😋 and a nice crisp acidity 😋. When mixed with lees, the aroma impression is still pear 🍐Lees is also moderate, and the appearance makes me drool 🤤In the mouth, the gasiness is a bit petit, sweetness increases a bit, but the fresh bitterness and acidity make it easy to drink 🥰It's not quite what I expected sweet and delicious, but still high level ☺️It is also delicious with the bitter taste of spring vegetables! As the weather is warming up and the cherry blossoms are changing color, I opened this bottle with a spring-like label 🍶The illustration is really cute 🥰. The top aroma is mild and slightly citrusy 🍋‍🟩. When you sip it, you can feel the gasiness, sweetness, bitterness, and then sourness 😋. The taste of lactic acid drink is added to the aroma when the lees are mixed and the mouthfeel is mellowed 🤤The 13% alcohol content helps it go down smoothly 😍It has a low sweetness and dry impression and is too easy to drink 🌸It can be enjoyed as a mealtime drink or on its own 😆I have to follow it a little more 💕💕.

I knew it! I couldn't "wait" and opened the bottle in no time 🤣This time, as the name suggests, it is inspired by strawberries 🍓. I'm going to enjoy it right away 🍶The bottle is opened with a screw cap 🍶The aroma is mildly fresh and fruity without much top notes 🤔In the mouth, I feel the spikiness of alcohol just as I'm about to enjoy the sweetness of Takachiyo 🥴Mmm, I thought maybe it wasn't open yet, so I decided to let it sit for a day 🥴. I decided to let it sit for a day 😴. The second day, the impression of the top notes remained the same and it was mild🤔I was thrilled when I took a sip and found the sweetness with a firm acidity and the spikiness of alcohol was gone 😋and then I felt "Strawberry is here! 🤤The surprise was short-lived, as the slight bitterness came in just before it started to fade away, accentuating the strawberry flavor 😆 It was a delicious sake with less sweetness than the usual Takachiyos, but with a firm strawberry flavor 🥰.

I've enjoyed the Mimurosugi since the 10th anniversary sake, but I haven't had the chance to drink it. The top aroma is fresh rumney with a slight peach-like aroma 🤔On the palate, the smooth liquid has a sweet and gassy taste 😋 Immediately after that, as the name implies, the acidity and rice flavor comes in with a sharp taste, and it finishes slowly while maintaining a great balance 🤤This is a great sake that is light but still tastes great 💕This is a repeat purchase for sure! ✨️
