I drank too much over the weekend, so I thought I should give my liver a break 💦 Forbidden to open the bottle on Monday 😅It's 13 degrees, so I figured it should be fine, so I'll drink it right away 🍶.
When the bottle is opened, it has a fresh and clean mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness, and when it starts to taste "umami", it finishes gently with a hint of bitterness from the sourness 😋. I had to remind myself that it's still Monday and went back to the fridge 😆.
