The first aroma is sweet and gentle, maybe apple 🤔.
When you put it in your mouth, the first impression is sweetness like Miyaganbai, followed by a subtle umami and sourness 😋The lingering taste is also subtle bitterness and it finishes short ☺️ It is indeed delicious, but it is more like an adult summer sake to be enjoyed in a relaxed manner than a so-called summer sake🧔. I feel like taking a ♂️ paid vacation 🤣
