I was so excited to drink it because of all the great reviews on Sake-no-wa ✨I'm really thankful for that 🙏.
The opening of the bottle was a nice pop 💨The top aroma is mild and gives the impression of Japanese citrus 🍊In the mouth, there is a bit of gasiness from the sweetness while the bitterness and sourness come together to create a sweet and sour finish 😋The complexity is so great that it can be served without a side dish💕It's not too sweet and would work as a food wine, but I'd rather enjoy it by itself. I'd love to enjoy it on its own 🥰This is another amazing sake I've come across 💕☺️💕
