The heat is supposed to start next week and I didn't want the snowman to melt so I rushed to open the bottle. ⛄️ I was so excited because I've never had nigori specs in a kijoshu before 🍶.
When I opened the bottle, it started to auto-stir, as if it was going to spill even though it was well chilled 🫧After 2 minutes of struggling to open and tighten the screw cap, it finally opened 🤗The top aroma is mildly fruity 🤤 Hmmm, apple maybe 🍎In the mouth, it is as expected with a strong sense of gas and a firm sweetness 🍎. The sweetness is well pronounced 😋A little later, the acidity and bitterness mellows out 🥰I playfully paired it with a baked cheesecake and it was a great pairing 🍰Sure enough, Sentori ❣️'s love for Tochigi💕!

I've never seen a nigori spec of kijo sake, and if it's Senkou, I'm sure it's delicious 🤤.
