The top note is mild, and when you put your nose close to the bottle, you can feel the lactic acidity like yogurt. I feel grapefruit 🍊It's interesting how the impression of sweetness changes depending on the food you pair it with✨.
On the second day, the sweetness increased and the balance of sourness and bitterness wrapped around the acidity and bitterness, making it more delicious 💕It was a sake that could be drunk smoothly and refreshingly and could be one of the four great summer sakes 🥰.
