I was hoping to find some Shinmasa, but they didn't have it in stock😅.
But I forgot about the various tastings at the liquor store and drank it 🍶 I can hardly remember what it tasted like, but it was all delicious 😋.
Personally, I forgot to take a picture of it, but I think it goes well with the sashimi. 🐟️ I used to shy away from dry sake, but now it's on my list to bring along ✨.
I was so happy to be back home after tasting Tobiroki on its own at the end 🥰☺️

Sashimi and hikakami! This is the best combination 😆 comparable to J&N 🤗We got hooked on sake 🍶 after being shocked by the deliciousness of hikakami we had at a sushi restaurant!
