I brought this because of the cute bunny on the label 🍶 although I have the impression that Tsanbana is more well known in Japan 🤔. When I opened the bottle, I was excited to see the fine bubbles rising from the well-chilled bottle 🤤It was not enough to be automatically stirred, so I started with the supernatant. ☺️ The top aroma is not high, but it gives a fruity impression. When I put it in my mouth, I felt sweetness and acidity like white wine, and the gasiness of the bubbles stimulated my mouth 😋When I mixed in the lees, the mouthfeel became mellow and the impression of the bubbles became thicker and thicker with a nice bitter taste that made me drink more and more 😋I was surprised that I finished the 4 gou bottle😳Is this what you call the love for Tochigi 🥰.

I asked the liquor store I often go to about a refreshing one like Senkou and they recommended this one 🍶They say it is a magician of bubbles with its bubbly fermentation process 🤤I took them out and opened the bottle immediately 😆I was scared to open the bottle because I heard it was bubbly but it opened gently🙄It is fine and fine when poured into a glass. When you pour it into the glass, a lot of fine bubbles appear 🫧The top aroma is modest and gives the impression of light colored grapes 🍇In the mouth, the gasiness and refreshing acidity combined with sweetness makes it gobble like a rumney 😋Alcohol 13 degrees but it tastes good💕I met another interesting and tasty drink ☺️

I want to drink it on the kotatsu (Japanese tablecloth) and open the bottle 🍶They say it was brewed with the image of mandarin oranges 🍊. When you pour it into a glass, the sweet fruity aroma is impressive 🤤I think it also has a hint of sourness 🤔It has a smooth texture on the palate and is full of freshness and sweetness 😋A good amount of clean acidity follows and you can clearly taste the mandarin in the long finish🍊It's definitely delicious! Hats off to you 🥴It went great with sautéed scallops with butter and cream cheese. ☺️

I opened this bottle 🍶I don't know Gundam well but I'm thrilled to have my first Shia ☺️...well, it's been a while since I've had a classic ricey aroma and I don't like it much 💦The creamy riceiness is in full force in the mouth and I'm not sure I like it. I'm a little uncomfortable with it 😓. After about the third day, the creaminess subsides and the umami comes through, and the slight sweetness and acidity give the impression of a better balance 😌. It also has a good alcohol content, so it's a sake that complements food as a mealtime sake 🍶.

I've been waiting to drink this 🍶Sharaku Oorigarami I😆 one of my top 3 favorite brands since I got back into sake💕I don't know that many brands yet💦. The bottle opens with excitement 🍶It makes a nice sound and smells like a lactic acid drink 🤤It has a fruity sweetness like white peach or pear and a light gassy feeling 😋It is sweet but not sweet with a hint of bitterness and a moderate dryness 🙄 It also has a nice clean finish 🥰 I almost opened the 4 gos bottle because it tastes so good! I almost opened a four-pack 🥴I wish I could bring you the second and third bottles if I could find them 💕.

We were also able to bring along Snowdal from the United Arrows collaboration 🍶Normal was drunk a month ago, so I can't really compare 🤣. The bottle opens with a gentle, white peach-like head 🍑, and the palate is still fruity and sweet, then round and smooth with no spikes at all 😋, then a bit of sourness and bitterness comes and goes 🥴, and it's all very high 💦, it's got to be good 💕.

The lingering aftertaste is like a snowdrift 😋, it disappears quickly ❄I finished it in no time 🥴💕.

I got it at Yamanaka Sake store after reading ma-ki-'s post 🍶I opened the bottle and it was all pineapple 🍍But it was much less sweet and drier than the one I drank before🤔The sake level was quite different, but it was still delicious 🤤I didn't know any liquor stores sold it so I'm glad I did ☺️
