Finally finished work this week and work next week.
I'm at a turning point 😅oh, I want to take off my stress armor and open this bottle 🍶Acid bursts and sunbursts 😆 I salivate like when I think of dried plums and lemons 🤤.
Opening the bottle was a quick and easy process, just pop it on ☺️ The top aroma is mildly fruity, maybe apple 🍎The sourness comes in the mouth as the name suggests but not as much as I imagined 😋The sweetness that comes with the sourness is moderate, the umami and bitterness bring the whole thing together and the taste is refreshing 🤤I was impressed that it is a proper summer sake and the cup went on and on. 😅It seems that the lower the temperature, the easier it is to taste the acidity, so I prefer to drink it chilled ✨.

It was my first Koei Chrysanthemum and the lingering acidity left a lasting impression 😋.
