I've done it again 😅I opened the bottle on a weekday 😅I'm a confirmed habitual offender because I've been at it every day 😁The chosen brand was definitely "Hiragana Takachiyo" Purple 💜. I was nervous when I opened the bottle because it was a light nigori (nigori is a clear, light, unrefined alcohol), but there was no automatic stirring and the bottle was opened gently: ☺️ First of all, I only drank the top clear liquid: ✨️ The top smell was fruity, but I didn't feel the sense of grapes so much 🤔I think it was more like muscat🍇 grapes😅In my mouth, it had the usual sweetness and a gaseous feeling, and it was delicious 😋! The overall impression does not change even if you mix the lees 🥰 with the acidity, the volume of deliciousness increases 💕The lingering sweetness gently lingers in the mouth, but the gasiness and acidity make the drink go down smoothly 😆It was definitely Takachiyo-san after all 🤤.

It's been a while since I've had a reason to go away for a while, so I went for Kangiku, but I didn't expect to find Kukai Ras 1 🍶After worrying about Hoshikai, I thought this might be fate and brought it to you: ☺️ The first time I opened the bottle, I felt like my palms were bruised by the jupon💨I couldn't stop grinning😁The top aroma is gentle, reminiscent of pear and melon 🍈In the mouth, there's a tight gas feeling and a bitter bitterness from the sweetness that is typical of Kangiku, and it's sweet but it goes away quickly ✨It's sweet and juicy, of course it stands on its own. My coworker picked it up in a bottle and told me it was delicious 👀I found it in a 4-goupe bottle so I grabbed it 👀I like the color scheme from the looks of it ✨I wish I could wear it as a t-shirt 👕 so I opened the bottle immediately 🍶. The top aroma is mild with hints of apple and citrus 🍎The mouthfeel is light but the flavor is sweet, sour, bitter, and firm 😋I feel a slight tang on the tip of my tongue but I think it's the bitter acidity and not the gas 🤔It's a summer sake. It's more like a delicious sake☺️If I had to say, I would say that the fresh aroma that leaves your nose when you put it in your mouth is like a summer sake 🎐I wanted to compare this with the other HANsan ✨️

I was excited to see the beautiful bottle with the impactful name, so I was curious about it for a while 😁. The bottle was opened by opening and closing the screw cap and enjoying the dance of the lees for a little over a minute 💨 and served in a well-mixed state 🤤The top aroma is an impression of lactic acid drink with a hint of muscat 🍇In the mouth, it is refreshing with more gas than expected ✨The sweetness is moderate with positive bitterness and if you taste with care, you will enjoy the taste of the wine. The acidity that can be felt when you taste it with care makes it easy to drink 😋It is indeed the power of a classic summer sake ❣️ It was also a perfect match for the fried eggplant with mapo 🍆.

Last year, without knowing the value of this sake, I entered the bottle and thought "Oh, I might be able to buy a box of Tasake" 😳 The price was quite expensive, so I was afraid to let it rest in the back of the fridge, but I decided to drink it already and opened the bottle 🍶. The first aroma is sweet like cotton candy and ripe melon 🍈The rice flavor slowly takes over in the mouth, and the acidity and bitterness come together at the end ✨The elegant smoothness on the palate helps to keep it from being too heavy and refreshing 😋The sweetness is of course subtle, but perhaps the aroma through the nose is what gives it the impression of sweetness. I think it's just the impression of sweetness and it's probably dry 🤔It was indeed a high quality that makes me want another cup 💕.

The heat is supposed to start next week and I didn't want the snowman to melt so I rushed to open the bottle. ⛄️ I was so excited because I've never had nigori specs in a kijoshu before 🍶. When I opened the bottle, it started to auto-stir, as if it was going to spill even though it was well chilled 🫧After 2 minutes of struggling to open and tighten the screw cap, it finally opened 🤗The top aroma is mildly fruity 🤤 Hmmm, apple maybe 🍎In the mouth, it is as expected with a strong sense of gas and a firm sweetness 🍎. The sweetness is well pronounced 😋A little later, the acidity and bitterness mellows out 🥰I playfully paired it with a baked cheesecake and it was a great pairing 🍰Sure enough, Sentori ❣️'s love for Tochigi💕!

I couldn't stop chasing after Abe, so I asked the liquor store for their recommendation and they recommended Plus, saying "this is also good if you want to chase after Abe" 🍶They explained carefully that Plus has many meanings, but the only thing I remember is that they add homemade sake lees shochu 😅I haven't had aluzoe sake since I had the first one with aluzoe since the Masamune instrument 😆. It's been a year since I've had aluzoe sake since Musical Instrument Masamune 😆. The bottle is opened with a small, gentle pop (☺️) and there's almost no top notes, and when you sniff it, you finally notice a peachy aroma 🍑The impression in the mouth is of a Black Label with less sweetness 🤔I imagine they were aiming for a more food-friendly sake, and it finishes cleanly with something not acid from the umami 😋 Ah, this is the kasutori shochu! Maybe it's the shochu effect ✨I preferred the standard black, but this was also a nice sake that could be drunk without being disgusting 🥰.

Last of 3 consecutive holidays, I'm going to get my favorite Takachoyo-san 🍶I've been curious about Cherry Chocolate since last year so I'm excited 🤗I actually went for a different sake and happened to find it 🤣 but I knew I had to bring it home 💕💕. When you open the bottle, the sweet aroma rises softly 🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and sourness hit you at the same time and you instinctively say "ummm!" 🜂The flavor is exactly cherry 🍒not cherry but cherry🍒The lingering taste is a bit long and disappears softly😋I want to drink this by itself after a meal 😌I'm sure it's "Hiragana Takachiyo ni! I'm sure there's no hassle at all. ✨️

I was so excited to drink it because of all the great reviews on Sake-no-wa ✨I'm really thankful for that 🙏. The opening of the bottle was a nice pop 💨The top aroma is mild and gives the impression of Japanese citrus 🍊In the mouth, there is a bit of gasiness from the sweetness while the bitterness and sourness come together to create a sweet and sour finish 😋The complexity is so great that it can be served without a side dish💕It's not too sweet and would work as a food wine, but I'd rather enjoy it by itself. I'd love to enjoy it on its own 🥰This is another amazing sake I've come across 💕☺️💕

I was hoping to find some Shinmasa, but they didn't have it in stock😅. Tomorrow I took a day off so I could open a bottle of Koei Kiku Summer Sake 🍶 for the win ✨. The top note is mild, and when you put your nose close to the bottle, you can feel the lactic acidity like yogurt. I feel grapefruit 🍊It's interesting how the impression of sweetness changes depending on the food you pair it with✨. On the second day, the sweetness increased and the balance of sourness and bitterness wrapped around the acidity and bitterness, making it more delicious 💕It was a sake that could be drunk smoothly and refreshingly and could be one of the four great summer sakes 🥰.

Brewed by Okada Honke with "flower yeast" collected from salvia flowers by students of Hyogo Prefectural Agricultural High School 🌺I remember the sake store recommended it to me last year and I enjoyed it ✨I think the acidity was impressive from my notes from last year 🤔. When I opened the bottle, it made a really nice sound 💨I wonder if it's gassy 👀The top aroma is modest with a floral aroma and a little bit of alcohol 🌷may be pulled by the flower yeast 😅I felt a slight gasiness in the mouth, but the impressive acidity came through and then the sweetness came through with a short finish and the gentle aroma slipped through my nose 😋Meals. The sweetness of the wine is enhanced when paired with food, giving it a different impression 🤤The sweetness is much less than last year's, but it's still delicious 🥰.
