I knew it! I couldn't "wait" and opened the bottle in no time 🤣This time, as the name suggests, it is inspired by strawberries 🍓. I'm going to enjoy it right away 🍶The bottle is opened with a screw cap 🍶The aroma is mildly fresh and fruity without much top notes 🤔In the mouth, I feel the spikiness of alcohol just as I'm about to enjoy the sweetness of Takachiyo 🥴Mmm, I thought maybe it wasn't open yet, so I decided to let it sit for a day 🥴. I decided to let it sit for a day 😴. The second day, the impression of the top notes remained the same and it was mild🤔I was thrilled when I took a sip and found the sweetness with a firm acidity and the spikiness of alcohol was gone 😋and then I felt "Strawberry is here! 🤤The surprise was short-lived, as the slight bitterness came in just before it started to fade away, accentuating the strawberry flavor 😆 It was a delicious sake with less sweetness than the usual Takachiyos, but with a firm strawberry flavor 🥰.

I've enjoyed the Mimurosugi since the 10th anniversary sake, but I haven't had the chance to drink it. The top aroma is fresh rumney with a slight peach-like aroma 🤔On the palate, the smooth liquid has a sweet and gassy taste 😋 Immediately after that, as the name implies, the acidity and rice flavor comes in with a sharp taste, and it finishes slowly while maintaining a great balance 🤤This is a great sake that is light but still tastes great 💕This is a repeat purchase for sure! ✨️

Takasago 🍶 which I took the plunge and brought along, is quite expensive, so I opened the bottle on a perfectly ordinary weekend with high expectations. ☺️ It is another brand of Jikin-sama and is said to be aimed at a food sake 🤤. When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice sound 💨The top aroma is fresh and pear-like but mild🍐The sweetness gradually spreads in the mouth along with the fresh umami 😋As you are thinking, the umami spreads smoothly while the firm acidity and slight bitterness are nice accents to keep the overall balance 💕Jikkoman It has the same unique flavor as Jigokin-sama, and the sip is very satisfying 🥰I will have to take you back to Jigokin's other brand ❣️ if I see it again 💕💕.

The spring weather has invited me to open this bottle 🍶I remember it tasted refreshing last year too🌸I'm looking forward to seeing how it has changed since the new production 🤤. It has a little bit of lees in it, so I just take a sip before stirring☺️The top aroma is like fresh pear 🍐In the mouth, it is like a dry white wine with bitter and sweet tastes on top of sourness like Senkou 🤔I don't know about white wine 🤣When I stirred the lees, the sweet taste increased and the sour and bitter taste balanced each other well. I don't know about white wines, but when mixed with lees, the sweetness increases and the acidity and bitterness are well balanced and flow down the back of the throat 😋I definitely prefer it with lees 💕I can feel the depth and complexity of the flavor as I drink it, a flavor I never felt with last year's wine 😋I paired it with octopus carpaccio and the sweetness of the sake increased and the octopus flavor increased 😍Senkyo has evolved after all.

As usual, the cork is open and it's a draft sake, so I'm grateful to move up the order and have it 🍶🥰The top aroma is mild, but I wonder if it's pineapple or banana🍌🍍The sweetness is definitely stronger in the mouth😋The unique aroma of the Jigin passes through the nose and the robust umami fills the mouth. The balance between the acidity and the slight bitterness keeps it from feeling too heavy 🤤I thought the sweetness was a little too forward, but it was just right for those who like sweet and tasty 💕I could also feel the difference in the rice used to make the sake and it was a finish that made me think it was indeed a Jikin master ✨.

I managed to bring this one back from last year 🍶It was just when I was getting back into sake, but I remember it was delicious 😌I wonder if my memory is correct 🍶I'll try it right away 🍶. I noticed before opening the bottle that there is just a little bit of lees in it 💕which makes me kind of happy 😆Opening the bottle was a nice, cheerful pop 💨. The top aroma is not so strong and slightly peachy 🍑, and when you take it in your mouth, the fresh sweetness and lovely acidity spreads in your mouth and tastes like green apple or strawberry 🍓, and with 12% alcohol, you can feel the gas on your tongue, so it disappears lightly and refreshingly ✨. The taste is even somewhat ephemeral and it makes you want to drink more 🥰It was still just as delicious as I remembered ❣️ I definitely want to bring it back next season 🥹💕!

I was able to bring this sake to Kadoya-san as a reserve for their hanpukai limited edition sake ✨️ Thank goodness 🙏The label is too cool 😍but I have a feeling it will be a bit classic sake😅. The first aroma is mild, maybe banana 🍌, maybe almond 🥜, and when you take it in your mouth, you can feel the umami and then the smoky aroma comes through to your nose 😳I couldn't understand what it was like when I looked at the back label🤣The overwhelming umami of rice with a beautiful sweetness on top of it. The smoky aroma may be the aroma of grain 😋. On the second day, the smoky aroma has settled down and the sweetness and umami of the rice has melted into a beautiful liquid 🥰It's supposed to be a food sake, but it's a very tasty one that can be enjoyed on its own as well ✨.

I was excited because Kanbai-lab. Vol.4 which I drank before was so good 🥰. I opened the bottle with a screw cap and poured it without mixing the lees ☺️. The aroma was green apple, I guess. When I sipped it, the sweetness came to the forefront while the acidity was also well felt and gave a refreshing impression 😋When I mixed the lees, the umami took over even more and the mouthfeel became mellow 😳The balance of sweetness and a slight gassy feeling with umami and acidity was in great harmony and gave a great sense of satisfaction 😋It went great with grilled spring vegetables 💕I'm sure it will go great with them too💕!

The bottle was opened with a gentle shudder, even though it was leaking gas. ☺️ The top aroma is mild and hard to distinguish but I think it's close to pear 🤔As the name suggests, the liquid has a slight whiteness, and when you put it in your mouth, the classic impression appears for a moment and the umami rushes in 😳A little delay gives way to a hint of sweetness. The refreshing mouthfeel is balanced with a slight gaseous sensation, and the bitterness and acidity finish off with a nice balance 😋This is a mature nigori that you can enjoy ✨I'm sure you'll enjoy the changes in flavor as well, so try drinking it a little bit at a time 🤤.

The other day I opened a bottle of Nabe-sama that I brought along on a walking expedition🍶Blossoms Moon was a fresh floral sake, so my expectations were high😆. The top aroma is mildly fruity 🤔I guess it's the pollen or my nose doesn't work as well as usual 😓The taste is elegant sweetness and a slight gassy feeling with a gentle acidity that cohesively finishes well ✨I was expecting it to be sweeter since it is Aiyama but I was surprised 😳I think it would be good as a food wine 😋Personally, I think it could be a good food wine as well. I think if it has a little more punch at the beginning, the gradation with the tenderness at the end would be more wonderful 🤤 but Nabe-sama is still delicious💕.

I got it last time and enjoyed it so much that I brought a different label 🍶4mmp aroma ingredient that gives it a refreshing wine-like impression🤔I'll take it right away 🍶. The top aroma is indeed a refreshing grapefruit impression🍋‍🟩 but the aroma is not that strong 😌It is very light in the mouth with 13% alcohol 😳The sweetness is moderate and the refreshing aroma goes through the nose and finishes with a bit of bitterness 🍶It seems to be a bit short. Personally, I prefer the white label, but this one will be gone in no time 🥴I'll have to try the other labels 🥰.

I've been following this one since NAMICAN 🍶I have high expectations for this Yamadanishiki sake ✨. The top aroma is fruity like banana and peach 🍌The mouthfeel is sweet but also has a bit of alcohol and a little bit of a curdle 😅It's delicious though 😅. I let it sit for 2 days and tried it again 🍶The top aroma impression is still the same and it's still fruity☺️Alcoholic impression became milder and I could feel the sweetness and then the acidity 😋I enjoyed the sweet and sour taste when the temperature was a little higher after taking out from the refrigerator💕I guess sake has a lot of depth 🥰.
