There is no time to be stressed out during the new sake season 🫩I opened a bottle of Amami that I managed to get on my day off 🍶I'm excited because last year it sold out immediately and I haven't been able to drink it. ✨️ I was a little wary when I opened the bottle because it spewed out 💨 vigorously, but there was no automatic stirring and I was relieved. ☺️ I only took the top clear layer and the aroma was fresh fruit and a little lactic acid drink, maybe green apple 🍏 In the mouth, fresh sweetness, a little gas, sourness and almost no bitterness came and it went down smoothly and pleasantly 😋 Even after mixing the lees, the impression of the flavor did not change much. Even if you mix the lees, the impression of the taste doesn't change much and it's a refreshing nigori sake that kills you instantly 😅I can see why this is so popular 🥰I'm a candidate to repeat it next season✨.

We finally brought Urasato-san, which had been on our mind for a while but we had passed it by many times 🍶. The bottle was opened with a screw cap 💨 the aroma is not too bright and grapey 🍇 the sweetness and sourness of the yeast, soft and gassy in the mouth, and the umami is soooooooooooooo good and disappears 😋 it's amazing that the taste is so robust but not too strong🥰 the sweetness increases with each passing day and it is also delicious ❣️ It was indeed the sweet and sour sake recommended by HinaHanaMama 🍶For a detailed review, please refer to HinaHanaMama's post 😆.

I've had a chance to drink Toyo Bijin outside, and I have the impression that it's a beautiful, sweet and delicious sake, so I have high expectations for it 🤤. The bottle is opened with a screw cap so you don't have to worry about the gas 😅The top aroma is mildly strawberry impression 🍓The taste in the mouth is not as gorgeous as Toyo Bijin's but calm sweetness and a hint of sourness 😋There are no negative tastes at all and the taste is round, sweet, smooth and pleasant ✨The lingering taste is tropical fruitiness and you can feel the tropical fruits in the aftertaste. I was so happy with the taste, it was a waste of my time.

We managed to bring back the Denshogiku this year as well 😆 Of course we also brought back the Orikarami ✨We thought it was a waste but we wanted to open the bottle with the Sumizake to heal our tiredness from this week with Kangiku's sweet flavor 🍶. The first sip is a sweet 💨 aroma ✨The top aroma is not too strong, just a hint of muscat 🍇The sourness from the sweetness and the bitterness in the mouth is surprisingly refreshing 🥰I thought it was delicious on its own, but it also goes well with any meal 😋especially a little bit of Halloween-inspired cabbage 😋. It was especially good with pumpkin cheese with a little Halloween flair 🎃I hope to see it again next year 😌.

I opened a bottle of Monochrome to save me from a tired weekend 🍶I've been following Kangiku, but there are a few sakes I haven't had 😅I'm excited because it's one of them ✨. The opening of the bottle is a bit gaseous 💨 and the bottle already has a nice aroma ☺️The top aroma is a bit citrusy muscat 🍇The sweetness that is typical of Kangiku spreads in the mouth, followed by the gas and sourness, and finally the slight bitterness brings it all together nicely 😋Really, it's delicious ❣️The final bitterness is young and fresh. The bitter taste at the end reminds me of the (bitter) memories of summer when I was young, and I'm impressed that it is linked to the monochrome naming 💕.

I met this one at a sake event at Osaka Takashimaya ✨Craft sake brewed in a room of a housing complex in Takatsuki city 🍶It's interesting in itself, but Adachi's positive attitude made me want to support him as much as I could 👀how good is this lychee juice-added sake? I thought it would be safe to open the bottle with the screw cap, but the lees and a little bit of lees came up 🫧 after opening and closing the bottle several times, I finally opened it 💨 the first aroma is lychee 🥥 the sourness and bitterness on top of the lees is a nice smell 🤤 in the mouth, it is lychee 🥥 the first aroma is lychee 🥥 the second aroma is lychee The sweetness, strong gasiness, and a bit of bitterness also come through the nose with a nice lychee aroma 🥰The beer is light at 12% alcohol, so you can gobble it up 😋I really wish they could have made this in a room in an apartment complex ✨.

I've never had Anastasia Green before, but I'm excited to try Dusk Orange because it's so good 😆. The bottle opens with a gentle pop 💨I read on the back that the bottle might fly open, but it doesn't seem to be gassy🤔The nose has a gentle citrus aroma with an impression of yogurt 🍋The sweetness comes on the palate with a soft acidity 😋The slight bitterness comes in the lingering area and finishes nicely ✨A little lactic acid drink comes through on the nose. I can feel a little lactic acid drink in the nose, but the overall impression is tangerine 🍊I left the bottle open for a bit because I thought the sweetness would increase if I left it open 🍶I'll have to try the Anastasia Green 🤤.

There was no way I could climb a steep hill and get a bottle! The owner recommended the Gold, but it was too expensive and we couldn't afford it 💦 Of course we couldn't wait until the weekend, so we opened the bottle in the middle of the week 😆. The first sip is unexpectedly apple 💨 the top aroma is ladylike 🍎 the mouth is sweet and tart 😋 there is no bitterness, astringency or alcohol ✨ it's a beautiful, thin liquor compared to black 🤔 they are both delicious ☺️ but the difference in volume makes a difference in the flavor. I'm sure there will be a difference in taste between the two.

I'm going to work tomorrow 😭 so I climbed up the hill to get a bottle of Abe-san to cheer myself up 🍶I was excited to see what the first star of Kotoza tastes like ✨I opened the bottle immediately: ☺️ The first sip is a gentle whiff 💨 the top aroma is of acidity and young white peach 🍑 the mouthfeel has an impressive acidity and a gentle sweetness, it is light without alcohol but it finishes dry 😋 this is still delicious ❣️ even though I know it is sake I think of wine with a high acidity 🍷 I've never had wine but I think it is a good wine. I've never had wine before 🤣I think it would go well with light but well seasoned western food 🤤I've decided to drink more and more of the regulars 🥰.

So I opened the commemorative sake of the collaboration between Tanaka Rokugo and Sentori ☺️. I've been so busy that it's been a while since I drank it and posted it, so I don't remember it well💦The top nose has a mild lactic acid drink aroma🥛The rice flavor spreads gently in the mouth with Sentori nuances of sourness😋and there's a gentle sweetness too. It was delicious with both gentle Tanaka Rokuo and Sengkyo acidity ✨.

The opening of the bottle is a gentle nupon 💨The top aroma is quite mild with a soft sweet impression, maybe pear 🍐The mouthfeel is mellow and the sweetness spreads slowly from the rice flavor and the acidity balances it out 😋It is light and easy to drink despite its depth of flavor ✨The lingering taste is pleasant and full of flavor ✨The aftertaste is a little bit more pleasant 🤤. It's more of a umami front and I'd like to enjoy it leisurely on a long autumn night 🍁I'm sure AKABU❣️ is delicious🥰.

I opened the bottle of Akatombo as if I was in a hurry 🍶It was opened on a forbidden weekday, which has become a regular occurrence, and also on Monday 😆I chose it because I thought it was lighter: ✨️ The bottle was opened with a screw cap for safety 💨 no gassiness 👀 the top aroma is a little bit of muscat 🍇 the aroma of lactic acid drink which is typical of Senkou since it is made from the raw yeast stock 😋 the taste is mildly sweet with a mild acidity 😋 the flavor is also much more intense and delicious ❣️ the bitter taste comes at the end and lingers like a grapefruit 🍋. The taste is light and alcohol free ✨I'd love to try it in its yago state, Tochigi Ai💕!

GRAVITY🍶I've been curious about this sake since I got back into sake, and I finally found it ✨and it's an Osaka Takashimaya limited edition ☺️ of course I got it at a sake festival the other day 😆. I was excited to open the bottle 🍶I was relieved to see the screw cap 😅I was scared and turned it slowly and heard the sound of gas 💨There was no automatic stirring so I only got the top clear aroma 🍏The aroma was gorgeous, fruity, green apple 🍏It was gorgeous in the mouth, sweet, then sour, then juicy. The sweetness and the sourness are very nice 😋, and the sharpness is also nice 😋, and it still has a green apple taste as the top aroma suggests 🤔The overall impression is the same when the lees are mixed, but the sweetness increases and the milkyness is added. ❣️It seems to go well with autumn foods and can also work as a food wine 🍁I want to try the non limited edition sake too! ✨️

I received this as a gift from a neighbor on a trip 🍶Thank you 🙇It's a Tetorigawa with a classic label that I can't get my hands on myself ✨I'll have to taste it and tell you what I think of it since it's a gift 😆. The opening of the bottle was gentle and quiet, but the stopper is very hard 💨The top aroma is gentle but surprisingly fruity ✨The yellowish liquid is surprising when poured into a bowl with a hint of apple 😳The taste is elegant and gentle, and the acidity and gentle sweetness spread in good balance 😋A little peek in the middle is a nice accent. The classic impression is also a nice accent. ❣️I had it cold, but it was more modern than I expected 🍶I left a little bit of the warmed sake for you to enjoy too. ☺️ I tried heating it up with a 30 second lenching time. The fruity taste is gone and the flavor is exploding, but it's still sharp 😋It's good to feel the internal organs crackle ☺️
