I had actually brought this one along with me on my Wakayama expedition 🍶 to a series of breweries I've never tried before✨This time it was Nate Sake Brewery's Kurogyu Junmai Sake, which I personally consider a challenge 😆 so a small bottle 🥹. The top aroma is of rice with a slight nuance of peach 💨The rice flavor is just as delicious in the mouth as it is in the aroma, and I thought it was a classic sake 🥴, but the assertive acidity and slight sweetness follow, leaving a refreshing aftertaste that says "maybe it's easier to drink than I thought" 🤔. It was a sake that I would like to try warming up a little more after it gets to a more advanced level. ☺️

I had gotten a bottle of Shirokouji and this one on my Wakayama trip 😁Honkido Junmai Daiginjo✨The Shirokouji brewed with Shirokouji claims to be a junmai sake and was that good, so my expectations were high 🤤I opened the bottle immediately to get a real taste of Kido 🍶. The top aroma is gorgeously fruity, maybe apple or pear 🍎🍐🍐The sweetness is gentle on the palate 😋The liquid is very beautiful and the acidity is well balanced with the sweetness ✨The low alcohol content also helps to keep it light. It's easy to understand, delicious, and easy to drink 🥰This is a perfect entry point to sake💕I received Kido's seriousness with aplomb: ☺️

I decided to stock up on Kido at Heiwa Shuzo and got it after asking the staff for a recommendation 🍶. The top aroma has a citrus aroma with a slight lactic acid taste 🍇The taste in the mouth is mild sweetness and mouthfeel with a good acidity 😋The low alcohol content helps me drink it light and fast 😆But it also has a good umami and is sweet and sour and juicy 🤤💕I don't like it at all! I've never had a white wine before, but it tasted just as good as a white wine ✨.

Nice to meet you 🍶, but I've already had another brand "Sanbana" 😅, but since it's my first time to try Nozomu, I'm going to enjoy it ✨. I've never seen this type of stopper before but it opens calmly 💨The top aroma is sweet 🤤 Well, it smells like a sour peach 🍑When you put it in your mouth, the fresh sweetness hits you with a bang and stimulates your tongue, the umami expands and the sourness and bitterness finishes off nicely 😋The flavor is clean like Daiginjo but with a satisfying sweet-ami taste 🥰. The taste is beautiful like a daiginjo but satisfyingly sweet and delicious 🥰I think the reason for the stimulation is a faint gas 🤔It has a flashy impression but can also be used during a meal 🍶I just met another delicious one, Tochigi Ai 💕.

I opened a bottle of Ona Sparkling (🍶Ona Sparkling✨️) after reading Yasube's review 🍶It's sure to be delicious, but I wanted to open it on a slightly hotter day😅but I can't resist the temptation 🤣. I opened the bottle with a screw cap and repeatedly closed it to watch the lees dance 💨It's starting to get foamy and at this point it's delicious☺️The top aroma is a faint impression of white grapes and rice 🍇In the mouth you can feel the well-defined gas with a strong presence and the delicious taste of rice, then gently sweet 😋The acidity and bitterness are nicely balanced on the gas feeling 🥰It's not too sweet. Not too sweet, but as the temperature rises, the umami also takes over, which is also a nice touch 💕Ai Tochigi Ai is still amazing ❣️

Nice to meet you series🍶This time it's Zanzou Hourai from Oyataka Shuzo🍎This subtitle has a lot of "O" in it🍎Don't have any preconceptions just because I said apple 🍶. The top aroma is not so high citrus impression 💨, if you ask me which one it is, it's apple 🍎Without lees, it has sourness, sweetness and bitterness, which makes it a refreshing drink 😋, but I don't feel the acidity as much as the number 🤔With lees, the impression from the top aroma changed 😳It has sweet aroma and candy apples 🍬. The sweetness in the mouth also stands out and balances out the acidity☺️If you expect too much apple, you'll be disappointed, but it's definitely delicious💕Doesn't go well with sashimi, but went well with a little darker western food✨.

I did it again 💦opened the bottle on a weekday 😅and this time it's Niimasa's Flax Cat 🍶I'm so tired today, please forgive me 🙇 Of course it's my first time drinking it, so thank you very much 😌. I don't think I can feel much of the top notes 🤔 but I can feel a hint of lime 🍋‍🟩 in my mouth and I think "what the heck! The taste is so un-Japanese 😋It has a sourness and sweetness like apple and citrus fruits that smoothly fills your mouth with gas ✨Then it finishes with a bitterness like rind and a woodiness that makes you feel complex with the taste of wooden chopsticks that are stuck in a pineapple ❣️ It's light, but has a sweet and sour taste that is very satisfying 🥰I can see why it's so popular💕and it was a cat that blew off a lot of fatigue😸.

I had the Classic Zero right after the rebranding and it was so good, but I didn't know there was going to be a Formula 2 😳, so I brought it along 🍶. The bottle was opened with a screw cap and the top clear aroma was like milky lychee 🥥. The acidity, which is synonymous with Sentori, accentuates the gorgeous taste 😋😋It is unquestionably delicious 😋❣️ even when mixed with lees, the overall impression is the same, the perfect balance of lightness, flavor, sweetness and acidity is irresistible 💕🤤💕Sentori is still my favorite Tochigi love ❤!

We've had a good week, so we opened a bottle of AKABU SEA 🍶 The reason why we feel nothing but peace of mind is because HinaHanaMama-san has given her seal of approval 🥰. The bottle was so tight that I had a hard time opening it 💦Opened it and the aroma was muscat and a little milky 🍇So perfect in the mouth 😋Juicy sweetness and sourness with a hint of gas and no alcohol 💕Maybe too zesty a sake for a reward for a hard week's work 😅. The bottle was opened with a screw cap 💨 without any prior information, and I noticed that the lees were awry and automatically stirred 🫧. The top aroma is fresh citrus aroma, maybe lemon 🍋It has a high gasiness in the mouth, almost no sweetness, and it is crisp with umami and a little bitterness 😳This is a feeling similar to the freshness of a highball or beer 🍺I was personally expecting sweet and sour but this is good too 😋It is a summer sake that can wash off oily food and other drinks. The first sip is gentle 💨 the top aroma is banana taste and impression of young melon 🍈 the mouthfeel is smooth and the sweetness comes quickly and it's delicious ❣️ and the lingering bitter taste and a little bit of alcohol makes it sharp and sharp 🤔 it's the same as usual 寫楽, but maybe my taste changed after drinking a lot or the alcohol taste is a little bit heavy 😅 but it's a little bit heavy. It may be a little heavy 😅but it tastes good when you drink it 🤤It's good to drink it with dried fish slowly at night when it's cooler 😋It made me realize that my tastes may have changed ✨.

I was so excited when I looked in the fridge to see what I was going to drink since I had crossed the Hitoriyama border 🥴. Finally finished work this week and work next week. Opening the bottle was a quick and easy process, just pop it on ☺️ The top aroma is mildly fruity, maybe apple 🍎The sourness comes in the mouth as the name suggests but not as much as I imagined 😋The sweetness that comes with the sourness is moderate, the umami and bitterness bring the whole thing together and the taste is refreshing 🤤I was impressed that it is a proper summer sake and the cup went on and on. 😅It seems that the lower the temperature, the easier it is to taste the acidity, so I prefer to drink it chilled ✨.

I was nervous when I opened the bottle because it was a light nigori (nigori is a clear, light, unrefined alcohol), but there was no automatic stirring and the bottle was opened gently: ☺️ First of all, I only drank the top clear liquid: ✨️ The top smell was fruity, but I didn't feel the sense of grapes so much 🤔I think it was more like muscat🍇 grapes😅In my mouth, it had the usual sweetness and a gaseous feeling, and it was delicious 😋! The overall impression does not change even if you mix the lees 🥰 with the acidity, the volume of deliciousness increases 💕The lingering sweetness gently lingers in the mouth, but the gasiness and acidity make the drink go down smoothly 😆It was definitely Takachiyo-san after all 🤤.

My coworker picked it up in a bottle and told me it was delicious 👀I found it in a 4-goupe bottle so I grabbed it 👀I like the color scheme from the looks of it ✨I wish I could wear it as a t-shirt 👕 so I opened the bottle immediately 🍶. The top aroma is mild with hints of apple and citrus 🍎The mouthfeel is light but the flavor is sweet, sour, bitter, and firm 😋I feel a slight tang on the tip of my tongue but I think it's the bitter acidity and not the gas 🤔It's a summer sake. It's more like a delicious sake☺️If I had to say, I would say that the fresh aroma that leaves your nose when you put it in your mouth is like a summer sake 🎐I wanted to compare this with the other HANsan ✨️

The bottle was opened by opening and closing the screw cap and enjoying the dance of the lees for a little over a minute 💨 and served in a well-mixed state 🤤The top aroma is an impression of lactic acid drink with a hint of muscat 🍇In the mouth, it is refreshing with more gas than expected ✨The sweetness is moderate with positive bitterness and if you taste with care, you will enjoy the taste of the wine. The acidity that can be felt when you taste it with care makes it easy to drink 😋It is indeed the power of a classic summer sake ❣️ It was also a perfect match for the fried eggplant with mapo 🍆.
