Tengumai Super Spicy Junmai Sake
We had good bonito,
This is a good bonito 🤔.
I looked for a sake to go with the bonito tataki
I found this sake in the fridge.
When I drank sake for Noto Peninsula Earthquake and Sake Brewery Reconstruction Support Sake
I was curious and bought this Tengu Mai's super spicy ✌️
When I poured it into a glass
It's not clear, but it's like an old sake.
It has a heavy mouthfeel with a little sweetness.
It has a dry aftertaste with a nice sharpness.
From the image of "super-harsh," I thought it would be drier.
I thought it would be drier.
But it has a firm taste.
But it matched well with bonito tataki.
It was a good match and delicious ✨.
The fourth photo
I've been curious about this for a while.
Daishouken's Jiro style.
I was asked to run an errand and went out alone.
Then, it would have to be ramen🍜😁.
I was checking out where to eat,
I found that this ramen was renewed.
This is what I decided to have for lunch: ✌️
They want you to enjoy the pork flavor and punch,
So, I decided to have less noodle (250g),
I added 2 slices of chashu pork.
I guess the noodles are for Tsukemen (dipping noodles)?
The soup is light,
But the pork was so flavorful that I was beaten!

Good evening, Manta-san.
The bonito looks delicious✨
I bet the tengu mai matched the bonito so well 🤤.
I've never had Jiro style but the impact is amazing 😲.

Pon-chan, good evening ^_^
I was wondering, it is super spicy ✌️
It's not dry even though it's super spicy, it has a little bit of sweetness to it, so what do you think?
Give it a try😊.
