I received a koyogi (a kind of robe) purchased at Tagonju in Numazu 😋.
It is a dry sake with good rice flavor and moderate acidity 😀It has a nice sharpness 😊It seems to go well with all kinds of food 😚👍.

I hesitate to drink it.
The mouthfeel is round and smooth.
Sweetness is strong.
Aroma is moderate with a hint of sweetness.
Alcohol 17 degrees
I drink it in small sips.
My first brewery. It seems to be a sake from Shizuoka.
I noticed that it seemed to be made with yeast No. 9. It had a sour taste, but I guess it is a summer sake?
It is not "Koyoi" but "Sayogoromo". It is called Sayogoromo.
