** A strong aroma with a strong habitual scent
Strong aroma
Like caramel, like soy sauce
Strong aroma of alcohol
I hesitate to drink it.
The mouthfeel is round and smooth.
Sweetness is strong.
Aroma is moderate with a hint of sweetness.
Alcohol 17 degrees
I drink it in small sips.
My first brewery. It seems to be a sake from Shizuoka.
I noticed that it seemed to be made with yeast No. 9. It had a sour taste, but I guess it is a summer sake?
It is not "Koyoi" but "Sayogoromo". It is called Sayogoromo.
Good evening, Mr. Nochi ^_^
Not Koyoi, but Sayogoromo😁.
I drank this sake a while ago myself.
There is also a Honorifuji with a different label color, if you have a chance 😊.

Koyoromo Junmai Ginjo-shu Miyamanishiki (Shizuoka Prefecture) Morimoto Shuzo
.
.
Really, really, really typical of the Morimoto Sake Brewery!
A sharp and silent sake!
Calm and sharp for maximum enjoyment with food.
But it has impact and is really gorgeous!
.
I love it so much as a dry sake lover!
