When I drank it
The mouthfeel is fresh and not heavy, as is typical of nama-shu.
It has a hint of sweetness, but it is not too sweet and easy to drink.
From the mid-palate
dry taste? It has a dry taste.
The acidity is crisp and clear.
The slight bitterness in the acidity.
Is it better suited for a medium-brewed sake than I expected?
