TATENOGAWA is brewed with white malted rice. This zodiac label seems to be the only one for white koji brewing.
It has strong acidity. It is fruity and sweet, but it has strong acidity😅.
I didn't like this one.
This hanpukai was not a good match.

I haven't been able to visit the hanpukai yet due to the Nigorinpik, which is a bit of a shame for my family who have similar tastes to Maru-san's 😅.
