The label of the Japan Famous Sake Association is as cool as ever.
The aroma is ricey and fruity.
It has a slightly sour sweetness. After that, a slight bitterness refreshes the palate.
The impression is that it is all nicely put together.
The drink does not tire you out, so you can gobble it up.
As the day goes by, the bitterness becomes more noticeable, but when it is heated up, the sweetness increases and the bitterness recedes.
I think it's rather good as a heated sake from Kibotsuru.
