The aroma is sweet and very gorgeous ☺️
It has a rich sweetness that reminds me of melon, which is typical of Yamadanishiki.
The flavor of the rice is very robust 😋.
Perhaps because it is a new sake, there is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste this time.
It is a very refreshing 🎶.
It took me about 3 days to finish it.
