デューク澁澤⭐︎ It's been a while since I've had a drink at home. Even though it's Friday 😢. First fumotwi after drinking the rest of the sogapale I opened a month ago. There is almost no aroma. It has a summery sweetness. A little thin? The sweetness remains, but it moves to the refreshing type. It goes well with rock oysters and dachamame (green soybeans). Coincidentally, today we have turban shells, edamame (edamame), and wasabi. I'm soaked 😁.

デューク澁澤⭐︎ Tomorrow is a work competition @ Nagano golf club. So I'm drinking at the hotel's soba noodle shop by myself. I'm drinking a large bottle of Oshinshu. It's a summer sake, so it's crisp, dignified and refreshing. Since I had also had a drink on the Shinkansen, I had a light meal of Soba and local sake. I bought some sake and a side dish at a FamilyMart and went back to my room. Beer -> Daishinshu (with horse sashimi and tenzaru)

デューク澁澤⭐︎ Took two girls from work to Ebisu Itashashi. 10 sake pairing course. First time in Gifu Prefecture 😁Omake it Hyakujuro. It's a summer sake so it must be delicious. As the name suggests, summer sake tropical 🏝️ Fresh and juicy but refreshing. It is fresh and juicy, but refreshing. It's perfect for the first drink. The girls were very happy to drink it all 😢. Beer -> Hyakuju -> Matsunotsuju -> Shintsuchida -> Sawaya Matsumoto -> Kangiku -> Yamamoto -> I don't remember 😢.

デューク澁澤⭐︎ I was able to purchase this in May from Masaru-yasan's hanpukai. It went up the moment I saw it at the Masaru-yasan counter 🥳 grin 😁. In fact, the Nn.6 S type is in the June distribution 😎The distribution is wonderful💓 So, the main issue. The aroma is discreetly acidic and fruity. The mouthfeel is also discreetly acidic and sweet. The taste is soft, round and elegant. It has the potential of being a wine made by a winery, but it tastes like wine. It went well with meat. After an hour, it tastes very good, partly because it is more rounded and partly because I was drunk. Anne is made with Association 1 yeast. I wonder if the Sisu we drank the other day was made with Association No. 6 yeast. Half & Half -> Sogapale What shall we drink in the evening?

デューク澁澤⭐︎ It's a weekend with no plans. On Saturday, I did all the things I can't do on a daily basis: cleaning, laundry, dog walking, gym, and for some reason, I'm non-alcoholic. And today, I'm proudly having a lunchtime drink 😎. After the black beer, I had some leftover Kubota (unfiltered, unpasteurized sake). And finally, So-no-Kangiku (Hashu Honor), which has been in the fridge for 4 months. Jungin brewed with Hazhu Honor, a sake rice from Yamagata Prefecture. The aroma is a bit fruity. The mouthfeel is sweet. The ginjo aroma quickly becomes subdued and refreshing. Although the label warns against opening the bottle, the gasiness is moderate both when the bottle is opened and when it is drunk. It has a sharpness that is typical of Kangiku, and can be served with horse mackerel tataki, sardines, nameko mushrooms, edamame (green soybeans).... Black beer -> Kubota -> Kangiku It's a good daytime drink, but not too much.

デューク澁澤⭐︎ I visited Okazaki Sake Brewery during my business trip to Ueda in March. I was able to meet Mr. Touji Okazaki, but he was so neat and nice that I was almost afraid to talk to him 😭. The toji's sister Mari-san (manga artist) designs the bottles. After 3 months in the fridge, the bottle is finally opened. The aroma is pear-like. The sweetness stands out in the first sip. Then, there is a moderate bitterness. I don't feel much acidity. I don't feel the piquancy that much either. The only thing I failed to taste was the stir-fried lebanilla. I heard it goes well with French food 😢. I'm looking forward to it after a few days 😊.

デューク澁澤⭐︎ Continuing from last week, we went to Ogura-san. We had a bottle of Hououmida, the last of the sake we brought in. The description says that it was brewed using "Yume Sarara," Tochigi's sake rice grown in the clean air, soil, and water of Nikko, in a "nama-hashiroshi" style. It is heavy and full-bodied. The sweetness stands out, but it is not unpleasant, and after a while it changes to a light acidity. Although it is full-bodied, it does not interfere with snacks. It is indeed a Houou Mita. It went well with unotan (sea urchin). Beer → Hououmida → Isumi Bridge → Nachiozan It was delicious.

デューク澁澤⭐︎ This sake was given to me by a junior colleague at work in April to commemorate a job transfer. It seems to be a sake brewed with wine yeast from the Rhone region in France. It is a famous sake from Toyama, Mansyuusen GREEN. The aroma is a strong ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is a full-bodied white wine that reminds one of sweet grapes from the fusion of sweet and sour tastes. It is a dark wine. But the aftertaste is sake. I went home after drinking lightly at a general meeting and reception of a certain association in the evening today, and made up for the lack of alcohol after taking a bath. I drank two beers, two white wines, and a highball. After returning home, I had a lemon sour, then a Manjusen No. 1. It was an uncontrolled way of drinking. 🙇‍♂️

It was 5.793 yen. 😢 The aroma is a nasal ginjo aroma. The sweetness stands out first, but it is a light sweetness. Not too sweet, says my wife. Then the sweetness goes away and it is fresh and sharp. Is the speed of taste change fast? Delicious. Beer, black beer -> 1 bottle of Kubota. This is how it is on Sunday.

デューク澁澤⭐︎ I sent a bottle of sake I purchased from Masaruyasan's hanpukai to the store. This sake was brewed by Tasake and Izumihashi by exchanging their respective sake rice. The label is nice. This is Izumihashi from Kanagawa Prefecture. I drank it compared to Tasake. The aroma is almost Arimasen. The sweetness stands out at first and lingers. Then, the fullness of the rice is understated. The sharpness is not so great. The Tasake, by the way, has a moderate sweetness and a sharpness that is typical of Tasake. This one goes better with sushi. Beer -> 3.5 gou of Izumihashi Tasake

デューク澁澤⭐︎ First sogapere. At the water curtain at the Capitol Tokyu. It was so delicious. And it seems to be brewed with #6 yeast. This is a white wine. Especially it seems to be Riesling. Fresh taste and grape aroma. And a touch of acidity that comes afterwards. It went very well with tempura🍤. I have a bottle of Kurazake in my fridge at home. This one is labeled "Numair UN" (No.1 yeast). (It seems to be yeast #1). I am looking forward to drinking it next time 😎😎.

It was the first time for me to drink this sake, but it is a high-alcohol sake with a dense flavor and richness. It is sweet, but not too sweet. It went well with jidori chicken. Beer → Botan → Kamo Kinshu → Kangiku → Koikawa → Oyama Five pints for two people. We were a little conservative today.

It has sweetness, acidity, and a hint of umami. It has a straightforward taste. It is not a "Kochi" impression, but a moderate and tasty sake, By the way, we drank it at my daughter's apartment 😎.

We started the meeting with beer and tempura, but about 30 minutes later, the owner served us No. 6. It seems that he went out of his way to reserve it for us. Thank you, General. 🙇‍♂️ The aroma is standard fruity. The aroma is standard fruity, and the gasiness is low, as is typical of Niimasa. The first sip has a pronounced acidity, followed by the spread of ginjo aroma, sweetness, and umami. It is not flashy, but it goes well with tempura, and it was well absorbed. Beer x 2, Niimasa (4 gos. for 3 people) →White wine x 3 (at the second house)

デューク澁澤⭐︎ Last night I went to Ie in Kagurazaka with my college juniors. Sake 2.980yen @ all you can drink for an hour. There was no rare sake, but we enjoyed good sake and tasty food. First time at "Yamori" (Tokyo Nuriteru). Well-balanced sake. Aroma is strong fruit. The acidity and sweetness were well balanced and came at the same time. Then, mixed in with the ginjo aroma was the umami of rice and the flavor of rice. It was delicious! Yamori→Kangiku→Senkou→Drunken Whale→Hanameimi→Eiko Fuji

デューク澁澤⭐︎ New Rebaya @ Ebisu with company juniors😎. I haven't been to New Rebaya @ Ebisu since last fall's Tokyo Off-line Meeting @ Shinjuku 3-chome. The sake brewery's sake is still the best. The yakitori was too much for the course and I was flattened. We had Jyushiyo for the first time in a while. It was a little sweet but had a nice sharpness. Beer → No.6S → Jikin → Amami → Kudokibe → Hiran → Jyushidai. We drank too much perfectly 😢.

デューク澁澤⭐︎ First time drinking at home in a while. Kubota Soujo Yukimine. It was a gift. Fruity aroma. It is a refined Junmai sake. The website says to enjoy sake outdoors, but it is a relatively classic sake that goes well with everything. I paired it with chilled tofu, pickled cucumber, saikyo pickled gindara, natto, and other Japanese dishes. It is a good match for Japanese food. Please savor it slowly. Lunch with my wife at a nearby barbecue restaurant. Rarity 😢. Beer -> Jyushidai -> Tasake. Here we go, Beer and Kubota going on at the same time 😁.

デューク澁澤⭐︎ On Wednesday, after playing golf with our partner company, we had a review meeting at their employee club. There was an abundance of sake from the sake brewery, and when we were excited in front of the cellar at the entrance, we were offered a bottle of Hitogochochi from Shinshu Kamerei for the first bottle 🫢. This is the second bottle of Sharaku. This is the second bottle of Sharaku, It is a stable taste. It has a moderate gasiness from Kamerei's juicy cider + sweetness + umami. It was a good food sake. I had been drinking since noon, so my blood pressure went up and I had a hard time 😢. Beer -> Shinshu Kamerei🐢 -> Sharaku -> Bakuren We drank about 2.5 liters of sake for 8 people.

デューク澁澤⭐︎ Dinner with three friends I have known through work for 25 years. We had dinner at Daikanyama Yamabiko again. We are friends who get along well, so the conversation is lively. We had two bottles left over from the six we brought from Yajima Sake Shop last time. Laughing Shiki and Tasake. This may be the first time for me to drink Shoki. It is a well-balanced and elegant sake with a sweetness that comes first. It is not as showy as Tazake, but I thought it was a good food sake. Beer x 2 -> 1 bottle of Shoki + 1 bottle of Tasake -> Lemon Sour
