My wife bought this Shichiken at the foot of Yatsugatake in Yamanashi.
It seems to be the newest of the new sake.
The sweetness stands out. Green apple 🍏Sweetness is gone and sourness peeks out and turns to bitterness.
It goes well with Houtou, stir-fried pork belly and vegetables with oyster sauce, and grilled dodeca log shiitake mushrooms.
Beer→Shichiken→I don't know yet.

Good evening, Duke Shibuya 😃.
Pithy new sake from Mr. Nanaken! The drink seems to be going up at the table full of food 😚.
→I still don't know, what is it now 🤤?

Thank you Jay & Nobby for all your help 🙇♂️
I read "Shichiken" as "Hichiken" but it's generally "Shichiken" 😂.
I'm going to stop and take a bath at Shichiken because it's noon sake ♨️
