Shimonoseki Shuzo (my hometown) brewing Sekimusume.
The taste is clean and light, but has a full-bodied, understated sweetness.
It has a clean, light taste, but it is full-bodied and moderately sweet.
The acidity and umami are pleasant.
The kawara soba (kawara soba) was also delicious.
I can't distinguish between white and black 😂.

You're right, there is a restaurant in Tokyo where you can compare the white and black Shimonoseki sake brewed with authentic kawara soba 😀.
I'm going back to my parents' house in Shimonoseki in the summer, so I'll be looking forward to having kawara soba and Shimonoseki sake 😇.

Thank you for your comment, Yasubeyesan. 🙇♂️ I haven't been to this restaurant for a long time. It seems that the restaurant was originally located in Shirokane-Takanawa and moved to Sengakuji.
It looks like they are celebrating their 10th anniversary. Are you doing muscle training? I'm going back to visit the cemetery before autumn.
