While visiting the Inner Shrine of Ise Jingu, we stopped by Oharaimachi and came across
Iseman "Okagesama Shiboritate Unpasteurized Sake".
The freshness of the sake was pleasant,
It is 18% pure sake, yet it is light and refreshing on the palate.
Combined with the pleasant feeling after visiting the shrine, it was the one that made me think, "This was the right choice..." (´▽｀)

I had only one light drink at Morishita Sake Shop and went to the New Sake Festival reception desk in Okage Yokocho.
There was quite a line at the reception, but I was safe because I had enough time to spare.
In exchange for the ticket, I received a wristband for sake comparison, a sake cup, a bottle of water, and a map of the venue. We also exchanged the non-woven necklace for the sake cup and the PET bottle.
By the way, the tickets were 4000 yen (500 yen x 10 tickets) in advance for the fun ticket and 5000 yen (500 yen x 10 tickets) at the door, and 6500 yen in advance for the drink comparison ticket and 7500 yen at the door. Last year, it was 5,000.
Just in front of the reception desk was Iseman Uchikumae Sake Brewery, so I went there because bouken-san had been there before and drank a draft.

The taste is fruity, but with a thick umami flavor and a sweet bitterness on the palate.
I drank half a gou here as well, so I already calculated one gou...
By the way, we also had this sake at the New Sake Festival.
This sake was drunk at a sake brewery in Okage Yokocho.
It was a fruity and delicious cup.
I drink sake here every year when I come to Ise, and every time I drink it, it is always delicious. 🙆♂️

I have never seen this brand in Osaka. That's no wonder, as they do not sell their products outside of Ise-Shima.
The brewery originally made shochu (distilled spirit), and now they also make whiskey and gin by utilizing their distilling technology, but the amount of sake they make is very small.
The brewery is located on the OHARAIMACHI street of the Inner Shrine of Ise, and tastings are available. Whisky and other spirits are made at the head office in Ise City.
◉Okagesama Junmai Ginjo Kami no Ho
A very good sake, with a rich, sweet rice flavor and a lingering bitter and astringent finish.
◉Okagesama Daiginjo
A little dry. The taste is quite refreshing, with a slight bitterness on the finish.
◉Okagesama Junmai Daiginjo
The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is sweet and sour. This is my favorite type.
I remember that bouken-san had been to the brewery before.
When I told him that I came from Osaka, he was surprised and told me a lot of stories, so I decided to go with that strategy.

I drank it at a national sake fair and it's Junmai Daiginjo 😋If you go to the brewery, you can sample the raw sake that's available for reservation 😁.
It's high in alcohol content but quite sweet 😊.

It has a strong rice flavor and a refreshing aftertaste. It is delicious.
